can count...i called don hamil the owner on more than 1 occassion.....finally i left a message and said we don't want the doors. i contacted my visa company. (in the meantime the moulding, door casing and baseboards were sent to our house) it took numerous phone calls to get that and 3 times for them to get the proper items and proper quantities delivered...they (mike) was to call before delivery (we never did get any calls). i finally on Oct 15 got a threatening phone call from mike that said i HAD TO take the doors...they were finally in-however even at that time elapse they never did "hang them". Two days later on Oct 17th i got a very very THREATING phone call from Don Hamil-he was swearing at me and making threats about our house-how he was going to file a lein and forclose on our house. After contacting an attorney-we were advised to call the Police-which we did and we filed a report. case #B2-100299.
Description of Work: Mike Weseman came over to our house on aug 3rd to do some measuring for custom door prices, new baseboards and crown moulding for a basement remodeling. he was here for almost 1 1/2 hours.....we were called later with the quote and we told him to go ahead and order the 9 doors that we needed to be custom built. the moulding they would have in stock as well as the baseboards. i gave mike my visa and he charged $1500 as a down payment. i asked to have an invoice and a copy of what exactly was ordered as well as a receipt. i never did receive an invoice, an order number, nor a receipt! i made so many calls to lincoln lumber, but then you have to call the milling department yourself, they can't/won't transfer you. then when you do get the milling department to pick up the phone, you HAVE to talk to Mike Weseman....NO ONE ELSE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR ORDER NOR DO THEY HAVE ACCESS TO ANY PAPERWORK! I have called mike on his direct cell phone more times than i

I walked in needing trim for a bedroom remodel. I had spent hours milling over all the options and styles in my head trying to make it look good. I had only been to the chain lumber stores and they all had the same stuff. I needed lots of red oak for a mission/shaker style trim I wanted. I was a little frazzled and partly didn't know what I wanted. My brother in law referred me to Lincoln Lumber. It is where he got all the finish wood for his entire house. I make my way over, after getting over how much the place looked out of business, I walked in to see a small "showroom" of doors, trim, doorknobs and what not. It was a bit messy, but homey and unpretentious. Mike the sales guy was really enthused about helping me figure out what I needed, which was a lot seeing as the only thing I knew was how many feet of base and crown and what not. He drew up several examples of ways to case out a door and window and I picked out the one I liked best. He also shot me one heck of a deal on door hardware. They have a warehouse full of millwork, but the large pieces of red oak I wanted had to be made at a different location. He ordered it right when I left on a Friday afternoon, and it came in on a Wednesday afternoon.
Description of Work: Lincoln Lumber Millwork Division greeted me with enthusiasm and helped me not only figure out how much, and what kind of trim I needed. But also drew up illustrations on the spot. I would have never been able to figure out all the trim I needed to come up with for the finished product I wanted. They submitted the order for the work that had to be done off-site immediately, and I got it all 3 business days later. I also got quotes for door hardware.
