Description of Work: The company had installed my home audio and security system when I build my house 3 years ago. The audio level was never sufficient and I finally asked them to come out and check it again. I was charged $75 for a service call, PLUS $90 for an hour of work and the system works worse than it did before. I will try to get this fixed and will update the report if I do.
