It went very well. The team arrived and went right to work and did an awesome job. The tree was very large and next to our garage. So I was worried about something hitting the garage. They took the tree down without a problem. Great crew and everything went very smoothly. The price was very reasonable. Jordon Klug was very nice to work with. I would hire them again. Great job!!

While I made it clear we were willing to do whatever it took to save the tree, he surprised us in two ways: (1) Told us our big maple tree seems to have survived the it (2) The best bet would be to let it heal itself, so he didn't recommend anything. Then he surprised us by saying there was no charge. We gave him a small "thank you" but feel a big thank you,

Klug’s Tree service was the only contractor that got back to me in a timely matter,Jordon told me he was booked for a month but told me he would fit me in for the weekend of June 6 or 7 th to cut my tree down, I was out of town on business when my neighbor texted me and said your contractor showed up right away sat morning at 9 am ,he told me that they did a very professional job of cutting the tree down and cleaning up the yard when they were done I really appreciated Jordon fitting us in on our tree removel when they were so busy ,my wife and I were very happy with the work they done,Klug’s tree service is a very professional company that you can rely on .

I got quotes from several service providers, the service was 30% + cheaper. The work was completed within 2 weeks of verbal contract. I paid nothing until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this Company. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND JOB
