They were nice on the phone and knowledgeable. Expensive.

They were good and reliable. They were pretty pricey. I bought this house a year ago and I had an inspection done by them that revealed little bit of plumbing issues. The previous owners also used John Henry's Plumbing to fix what they needed to fix. They were fine. They were capable. They were very pleasant. They did a nice job. They are very, very reliable. They really have a good name. I can get them on 24/7 basis. They are available at night and even in the weekends. The pricing was pretty comparable to everybody else but plumbing is expensive.

I like the respect shown for our home. Shoes covered and generally careful workmanship. Came on time and worked quickly. We have an annual service contract on our three HVAC units.

They did a good job and recommended who else I needed to do the rest of the work. They were very quick about coming out. I wasn’t there and haven't seen the house since they did the work but I haven't had any complaints from my renters. The price was a little high.

They cleaned everything up and they were very pleasant with me.

They are knowledgeable. They are honest and trustworthy. They are always very prompt.

They were very good to work with. They had to come back a couple of times and they actually did not charge me for coming out twice.

The service was free because I bought my furnace from them. They were really good, they called me before they were going to come, and they showed up ten minutes later, it wasn’t that I had to wait half a day for them to come. They told me exactly when they were going to come, a lot of other companies give a range of time when they are expected to come, and I have had to wait.

They are prompt and did a good job.

They are professional. They are a reputable company. I think the estimate as high for replacing it so we are holding off on that for now. Over the years they have replaced other parts and if they failed they replaced the part again but charged for labor.

They were there and easy to schedule. They worked quickly and were gone. It was quick and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards. There were no problems at all. It is a very smooth operation. We would absolutely use them again.

They gave us a fair price. They were good, professional, and I have always gone back to them. I trust them.

I would also tell them to maybe shop around a little more than I did because after doing it I found out it was little bit higher than what I could have gotten for it but the service was good so I didn't really care. It was nice that they actually put some sort of sheets down and footies so that they wouldn't get my carpet dirty and that was pretty nice. They were a bit pricey and the quality was great and they took care of everything even later on I had a small issue and that day when I called they took care of it.

They did an excellent job for what I thought was a fair price. We have used them for the last 13 years. They usually find the parts right away.

The job went really well. I thought it was all very quality work and professional. They bent over backward to make it as affordable as possible and I will use them again in the future.

We had difficulties with them. They came multiple times to correct the problem they had with installation. We had to get another contractor to correct the problem. The device was vertically mounted and it leaked all over the floor and ceiling. It continued to leak and they were here many times to fix it, but could not fix it. We purchased the unit from them along with installation. It was not an easy installation, but they could not do it. They were very responsive though.

They were very helpful, explained everything, replaced first valve the first visit, replace the second valve one week later (replacing second valve required them to shutoff water at street and they also needed to get the special valve part from the City of Lincoln).

I've had very good results with them. They came out to replace the water heater in late September too. I don't have anything bad to say about them. They got out her right away because both the times were emergencies. They got here and even before I could tell the job was done. They did a great job. The workman was terrific to work with. The prices seemed to be more than fair.

It wasn't their fault that we had problems; it was the manufacturer. They worked pretty hard for us.

His prices are reasonable and they are very prompt and reliable. They come when they say they will and they come as soon as they can; especially if it is an emergency. We used them several times in the past and they have been very good. I will use them again in the future.

I appreciated the check to see what was leaking. However was quite late. Looked hard to find the leak, finally found it. New water heater installed. The technition educated me thoroughly on how to work the system.

We used them two different times - The first time, I walked into the basement bathroom and saw that the floor was wet! The kitchen sink had backed up and the water was coming up through the bathroom sink. We were expecting company in about an hour and a half and I was totally freaking out. I called them and they came right away, fixed the problem, capped off the basement sink (we weren't using it at the time because we were kind of in the middle of a remodel) and told us what we need to do in the future to help avoid it the problem. They were done and the mess was gone before our company arrived which was awesome. The second time, our air conditioner was not blowing air hardly at all. Our a/c was running 24/7 and the house was barely even getting cool enough to be comfortable. It turns out that we just had a really, really dirty furnace filter because of some drywall work we had done in the basement. Again they explained the problem and fixed it for very cheap. We were worried we were going to have to buy a whole new unit so we were excited to only have to spend a little bit of money to fix the problem.

I've used John Henry's twice in the last 30 days. The first time, my AC was leaking and they came out and assessed the repair costs. Their estimates were good for the services they provide and they also provided me with three options to consider. I appreciated this and chose the option that best suited my needs. This week, I noticed my water heater was leaking pretty bad, so I called them to come check it out. They offered to come that day, however, I would be unable to meet with them and scheduled it for the next day. We set a window for them to come out and they called telling me if I was available, they were able to come out a little sooner. I met the technician at my home and we assessed the options available to me. Once a decision was made, they quickly got to work and within an hour, were out of the house and I had a brand new water heater installed. I'm a firm believer in the notion, "You get what you pay for" and love John Henry's responsiveness, quality and professionalism. If I wanted to take the time to search for a "cheaper" provider, I could do that, however, I recommend John Henry's for any plumbing, heating or AC work you need if you want it resolved quickly, efficiently and with a high level of quality. We've used John Henry's several times. Each time the plumber who comes is the ultimate in professionalism--courteous, focused, efficient. The work is completed quickly and the area is left clean and neat. Questions are answered, processes are discussed, and we feel that the plumber is genuinely interested in doing the best job possible for us. We would not use anyone else!

Our furnace died on a very cold winter night. This was an emergency replacement and the work was does quickly and professionally. There was NO hard sell on more furnace than we needed. The installation was done during horrible weather conditions and the team worked very hard to get it done. They even maintained their "keep the floors clean" policy in spite of the weather! I'm filing the report over a year later, but its important to know that the unit has now operated flawlessly for a year and a half.
