Description of Work: John Henry's technicians are helpful, courteous, prompt, and answer questions very well. I had to have a section of pipe replaced from my home to the sewer in the street. They completed the work promptly. They replaced the sod where possible and seeded places where sod wasn't available. They returned 2 times to be sure that the area had not experienced any sinkage. They added dirt and seed one time.

Description of Work: Plumbing work. It was quick and easy and they cleaned up better than when they go there.

Description of Work: Called them out for an estimate on cleaning the Air ducks . We decided to have everything replaced instead they were going to send an estimate and never did.

Description of Work: We used John Henry's plumbing several times. No job is too small or big for them to handle. Service is always done with excellence by friendly competent technicians. They also do not charge overtime for holidays and weekends.

Description of Work: They removed a section of totally blocked galvanized drain and replaced that and a trap. Punctual and a fine job. They screwed up the billing, and billed me twice for the original attempt to clear it with a snake.

Description of Work: John Henry's came in and I had a plugged pipe I thought it was in the shower drain but they came in and knew right away that it wasn't and I knew where it was that they are plugged the main drain to the house & cost was very reasonable. YES I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Description of Work: installed a split pack air unit in the second floor of my house. They were their usual professional and courteous selves. came in, got it done and left with no fuss no muss.

Description of Work: Replaced broken pipe under kitchen sink. Then never replied to the Angie's list inquiry until after the fact. I had to call to get an appointment. But once I did, they came quickly. When I asked about the Angie's list discount on the phone, the receptionist didn't know what I was talking about. The discount was listed on my invoice, but the costs were not broken down. Only the total dollar amount was given, so I don't know what it would have cost otherwise.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. It went very well. Arrived on time, covered shoes, cleaned up. Even cleaned a small of debris on driveway from the old water heater. Very professional and accommodating. Forgot to mention Angie's list so didn't get small discount. Thought it was a little pricy but, when we checked other places, found it fair.

Description of Work: My kitchen faucet was leaking, all over the chrome base and the surrounding countertop, as well as down under the sink. The plumber from John Henry's took a look and suggested a new faucet, to which I agreed. We discussed options available based on what he had on his truck. I chose an option and he went out and got the new faucet. He removed the old one and took special care to scrape away the mineral deposits around where its base had been, which took him several minutes and plenty of effort. When he went to install the new faucet he discovered the center hole in my granite countertop wasn't the correct size. He called several people trying to figure out whether John Henry's sells a faucet that would fit, and reached the conclusion that they don't. He told me I could buy one from Home Depot or Lowe's that would fit, but those are second quality products - not as good as the ones he has on his truck. I didn't really believe this but I didn't argue; I was ok with buying it from John Henry's. Because the center hole was too small, he called and made arrangements with Custom Countertops to come and bore it out to the correct diameter. He took care of all the arrangements - I just had to give 'em my card number. He went to another job pending completion, and the Custom Countertops folks showed up within 45 minutes. They bored it out in no time ($75) and I called the plumber to let him know it was done. He returned promptly and finished the installation. Everything went smoothly and the new faucet seems pretty nice, especially considering it's their sort of entry-level model. It's a Moen faucet so it has a lifetime warranty, to boot. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
