Company was very poor at answering and returning calls. Went long periods of time without updates on my jobs status. Had to call and email multiple times just to get answers. Put the actual installer in a bad spot. He however was very nice and hard working.

It took a full year to replace the six windows.

My office space roofing system was damaged. We were facing tremendous problems, but Integrity Exterior Solutions helped us to make it well.

I hired Integrity to replace my old windows. I am very happy with this company,their work and product. Everyone during the process was professional and treated me as special. In spite of coronavirus causing delays, they worked diligently to provide my service, Again I am very happy.

Had a new roof installed

The craftsmanship deserves a higher rating than I gave. I had my house sided and my windows replaced. The work was done efficiently. I was frustrated with having to call to find out about when materials were to be delivered and when to expect the work to begin. As a customer I expect to be kept informed every step of the way and my calls responded to in a timely matter.

The roofing crew was very fast, courteous, and took very good care of our lawn during the process. Very little debris left behind.

The quality was very good. They did a good job on our roof and on our deck!

They were excellent in all my projects would hire them again!

Did a nice job, love the look of windows

Mr. Silver thoroughly informed us about our roof and the process we would go through to its end. Very much appreciated. Although indirectly related to the roofing job, subcontracted workers should not bring children to the worksite. there are liability issues with that. Lastly, we were unaware of the damage to our roof that our insurance would cover and appreciate Mr. Silver's experience in dealing with claims.

Excellent customer service and the quality of the materials is top rated. The project manager was excellent. I was kept informed on the projects progress as it was going along. I would absolutely recommend this company.
