 + -1 moreSo, efficiency and price is probably an A. The price was cost-effective, effective pricing. A bit lacking in detail. They were supposed to replace the flashing, but it's still flashing. I think it was a good value for the money. I think we would have given an A, if the flashing was replaced. So, we still need to contact them to figure out why that wasn't done.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. They did well, they got on the roof and looked they around, they were responsive, they did what I wanted them to do. They were very agreeable to what I wanted to do. I was satisfied with the end product. I had some questions, they got up on the roof and looked around. There is no bad blood with these people.

 + 1 moreThey are extremely busy with repairs in Omaha right now on Hail damage. Although they were able to squeeze my small job into the schedule. We have used them before on another project that was larger. It was a New deck and siding, etc. This project was just downspouts and adding hinges to them and reroute one very large one. They have a heavy accent but after you work with them it becomes easier to understand them. Igor goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the work and I feel the quality is very high. If there is a problem I know I could count on him to make it right. If I have a project in his realm of work he is the only one I will call.
Description of Work: Replaces some downspouts and added hinges. We have also had them do a new deck and siding and soffit fascia.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof on our house. Their price was the most reasonable among the estimates we got. They only insured the roof for a year so we paid extra for 3 years. We don't know the quality of their work as it has been very dry. After the job, we noticed the gutter covers were not checked. It took a while to fix them but it seemed like it was their employee's fault. The only complaint we have is that after the gutters were fixed, we found whole box of nails left spread on our driveway along with pop cans and a hammer which made us wonder what else was left or undone on places we cannot see. It seems that they need to check after their employees for better quality control.

 + 1 moreThey were always prompt. They had a good price. Their workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them to anybody. For the most part, their pricing was very fair. The quality of the product was very good.
