Home Solutions of Nebraska

I've owned seven homes in 4 different states. None of the homes built anywhere near this century and most closer to the turn on last century than the turn of this century. As a result, I have worked with more contractors than I care to count. Some were good, some were ok, some were awful but one, and only one was OUTSTANDING. We interviewed 5 companies and settled on Home Solutions of Nebraska for our most recent project. Justin helped coordinate every part of our project, even those that technically weren't on his contract. Roofing, painting, siding, gutters, repair work, garage installation and told us how we, the husband and I, could fix a water issue that we were having in our garage. Justin responds to texts fast! I never once wondered if he was "ghosting" us. He found ways to save us money, when he easily could have charged us more for, technically what we asked for, a more expensive solution . We had no problems with his crew. The jobs were done in the approximate time and timing that we initially agreed on (those that were in his control). Also, he's a good guy that we enjoy chatting with generally. Our work was completed this summer and we are extremely happy with it and the cost was not outrageous. I'm writing this now, because we have over a dozen things around the house that we planned to do ourselves but after 4 years and loads still not even started, we decided to just have Home Solutions take care of all of it.
