The process started off great- I was very impressed by how fast Glenn reached out to me and came over to give me an estimate for my projects. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with how my kitchen tile backsplash turned out. I realize now that white subway tile with black grout is a tough ask since the black grout will highlight any imperfections. However, I was still hoping the finished product would look better than it does. A decent amount of my lines are uneven, some tiles aren't even flush to the wall, and the finished lines are thicker than I wanted. I kept mentioning the lines to them and kept being reassured it would look nice once they were done, but at the end of the day I think we just have different definitions of quality work. I have been able to clean up the lines a bit myself with a razor blade but overall wish I would have gone with a company that specializes in tile work. I will probably have it redone within the next couple years.

I was provided excellent pictures where the siding was bad and needed replacement. I also received a detailed explanation of work to be done. HCI had the knowledge and expertise for the job. After photos show how well the siding repair blends in with the existing houst. Great job.

Experience matters Glenn Harms is very good at what he does and made the process of remodeling my bathroom virtually painless for me and my four kids, five star quality & workmanship. My bathroom is now my favorite room in my house.

Hci renovations did a whole house rehap for me on Havelock ave. They did an awesome job. The home had 2 offers the day it went on sale. The work finished on time and under budget. I will hire these guys on my next flip.
