Gutter Cleaning & Repair

The owner contacted me and went to the house on the same day to do the inspection / quote. He scheduled the service for after the tree service came to trim the trees, to ensure the gutters would be cleaned and not have left over tree limbs in them. He gave me a very reasonable quote and told me of the warranty that came with his services. He was very professional, personable, honest and provided open communication at all times. I really enjoyed his work and services and will use him in the future for all our gutter needs on the house. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I was totally satisfied. Last year my gutters were cleaned and because there was a drought if didn't rain for a few months after the service. When it did rain, one downspout was clogged. The owner came out and unclogged it and didn't charge me for the job.

They did a good job. I was getting water in my basement because there were clogs and the gutters were installed new. We had problem with the gutters and the water was getting into basement because of that. Their price was very good. They did what they said they were going to do.

Excellent service. Completed the job in one afternoon. Had suggestions for rerouting the downspouts for better service. Totally satisfied.

He had to postpone one day, but called to let me know. He then arrived promptly when he had said he would. It had been a little frosty, but he still cleaned the gutters and got up on the roof competently. He insisted on washing out the gutters with a hose, though I would have been fine if he hadn't. He didn't charge me that much, I don't think, for my peace of mind about not having to get on a high ladder. He was a polite and professional young man.

Excellent! Whenever I call for gutter cleaning, Steve always treats me as if I am his only customer. He is very quick to come over and his crew members are very professional. They clean up after themselves and even dry cleaned our gutters once when my car was in the driveway. They said they didn't want to get my car all wet using a hose. I would highly recommend them.

We used Steve Mannix to clean the crummy old gutters that used to be on our home, and he was so good to work with that we chose him to install new gutters on our home. Working with Steve was a breeze, and the crew that came out to install our gutters were so fast and did such a nice job that our neighbors hired Steve to replace the gutters on their home. Steve also guarantees the new gutters, but we've never needed to call on him because they've given us no trouble whatsoever. I wish all contractors were as good to work with as Steve.
