Had to have it completed by another company

It took a long time, but I kind of kick myself in the butt for that because I did not set a time limit on him. He did excellent work. His guys were here. They were here when he sent them here and they cleaned up after they were done and did very good work. The pricing was good, but the only thing was it took a while, but that is because I did not told him I wanted it done in a month or whatever. I probably should have, but that is on me. They were professional. I had a problem and he was responsive to it. We had some problem which he corrected errors on his part. I would probably use him again when I do the bathroom.

Innovative, friendly and competent. Was extremely responsive to requests and provided solid ideas for problem solving. Had used this contractor previously for basement finish/remodel and was so pleased with his work that we had him return to do this additional work. Have referred Grapevine to others and they have been pleased with his work too.

I spent over $12,500. on materials and Grapevine to remodel my bathroom. At $120 an hour its excessive in cost for what they did. They removed the bathtub, and gutted the bathroom. They installed a walk-in shower and all new toilet, vanity, and linen closet. They removed my mirror, which I did not want, and had to purchase a medicine cabinet with a mirror to put in its place. Another expense that I had not planned on. I have around $5000. in materials, tile, grout, everything except the shower door. At $120 per hour, I thought it would be done sooner that 6 weeks. Since they were only here 2-3 days a week it took forever. They removed my large mirror from the house, So since the medicine cabinet stuck out further than 4 inches, they had to build a soffit box for the new light fixture. Another $1,155 for doing that. This could have been avoided if they would not have taken my mirror out. Also when arriving home- they were all gone. I should have called and demanded my mirror returned, and to scrape the ceiling so it is flat again. Ron did offer to scrape it off, however I cannot afford more $120 an hour work to be done by them. I would not give a recommendation to anyone for this company, unless they have a great deal of money to lose.

Excellent workmanship and ideas for creating a new space. Workers are competent, reliable and personable. Have referred this contractor to family and friends who have used him and been extremely satisfied.

Excellent workmanship. Innovative detail of homeowner's concept. Exceptionally clean and organized during work period. Exceeded expectations and would definitely seek services from this business in the future.
