Description of Work: They lied about a repair that they said we needed. We were told to just keep an eye on an oil leak that we had in an older vehicle. We were told to just check it every few fill-ups at the gas station until we had the money to fix it. They specifically said that would not be a problem. That it wasn't a huge leak. Actually, they were going to charge us around 400 to fix it. After checking around several other places would of charged around 225. They did an oil change and 27 miles later all the oil had run out of the engine causing the engine to blow. They told us that we were told that it needed to be fixed right away, which was a lie. We have been told by several other mechanics that it sounds as though they might have not put the plug in tight.They charged us for an cleaning down of an engine (supposedly to find out where it was leaking from) wind shield wipers and an oil change). They told us that they were not responsible for anything. We have a Honda also and we had gotten quotes on 3 repairs that they were going to do before all of this happened. After, checking with other repair places they were up to over !00 higher on some of the repairs. This was the Graham Tires on Apples Way. We have since talked with 2 other people that also had a bad experience with that same Graham Tires.

Description of Work: Oil, lube, rotate tires, change oil, engine and cabin filters. Full maintenance check.

+ -1 moreI went in for a basic oil change and Duane (at 21st and Cornhusker) mentioned that my headlights had a fog over them and they must be hard to drive with at night. He showed me the product and procedure they use to restore the headlight lens and guaranteed it would work. About 1 hour later I was amazed. Night and day difference and my lights were now brighter than ever. Great service at a great price! I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: Changed the oil and restored the headlights on my pickup.

+ 0 moreThe process of buying new tires was fantastic, thanks to Duane at Graham Tire on 21st and Cornhusker. I wanted to go up in size, so he rolled out several different choices and let me put them right up next to my truck. What a great way to do business. Then he explained the difference between mileage ratings and road noise of the various products, and really helped me make a good decision. I shopped around and they had the best price for this tire too. They really go the extra mile to satisfy their customers and I will continue to use them in the future.

+ -1 moreI like them because they are open on Saturdays. They are fairly easy to work with , I have been there several times. The staff changes from time to time, but they were good about giving me a price and sticking to what they quoted me. They have a waiting room if you want to sit and wait for your car. They also print out a receipt with all the details of the charges.
Description of Work: They replaced a headlamp assembly on my car.

Description of Work: Regular oil and lube performed. Excellent service as ALWAYS. Was in and out of there in 20 minutes, had a nice cup of coffee while waiting, plus a very pleasant visit with the staff...................all in all a terrific job and as previously mentioned EXCELLENT SERVICE....:)
