DPM Plumbing & Mechanical

Description of Work: DPM was retained to clean all the drains in a newly purchased home (built in 1963 so we wanted to clean the drains to head off any problems) They charged us $80 for the first drain and $50 each for the others plus $250 to clean the main drain to the sewer outside. Altogether we spent about $580 on drain cleaning. Within 2 weeks of moving in we had to call the home warranty company because the kitche drain stopped flowing. They cleaned the drain and told us that it was plugged with old grease and debris. DPM was contacted and asked for a refund since we had to pay the deductable for the home warranty plumber. He refused to give our money back. (We only asked for the $80 for the first drain to be refunded.) Then the first time we used the shower in the basement bathroom, the drain was so slow that we had 4 inches of water in the shower. Again, we called the home warranty company to get someone out to clean the drain. We were told that the drainwas clogged with lint and hair. DPM Co did not clean these drains and charged us for doing so. He walked off with several hundred dollars of our money that we paid him to do a job that was not done. We paid the home warranty deductable twice of $75 for a total of $150 for a job that was not done by DPM. CO.
