It went extremely well. I am very happy with the work he did. He even came back a few days later to touch up a few places that I noticed that he hadn't gotten to!

Frank's team procured, installed, and finished a drywall ceiling in my basement, approximately 15' x 25'. They had to cut around 5 speakers, 18 lights, and an HVAC duct, as well as avoid water, electric, and duct work in the ceiling. They did an ALMOST perfect job. Somehow, they missed one of the lights, but when I let Frank know, he was over in a flash to fix the issue, and very apologetic. He responded quickly to the quote, scheduling the job, and fixing the little oops. We also had him repair a couple of spots on the main floor where we had some water damage. All of the work was top notch. I'd have to give the clean-up a 'B', but I'm pretty peculiar, and drywall is a muddy and dusty job. All in all, it was a great experienced, and I'd hire Frank again in a heartbeat. In fact, I probably will when we finish our bathroom. Oh--and we got a 10% and quot;first time callerand quot; discount. Very nice.

They were good and they completed everything on time

There is no need to call anyone else! Frank showed up the next day after I called, to give me a bid, emailed me a clean and easy to understand estimate, and when I accepted the bid he was here within a week doing the work. He showed up on time, did an excellent job, and was great with communication. He even dropped the bid price when there was less work than originally anticipated. Coming from someone who is tired of dealing with contractors not showing up/ following up/ doing good quality work,.. Frank was a huge relief! Don't even worry about getting other bids, he is affordable, friendly, trustworty (I left him in my house for two days without being present), and hardworking. Top notch.

The workers were friendly and professional. All steps of the process were explained. We were kept informed by emails. Work was performed on time and quality was excellent. Don't be afraid to hire this company. We were encouraged to ask questions.

Their work and service was fabulous. I highly recommend Frank Carta, and Double D Drywall. I emailed Frank on the Friday before the July 4th weekend asking him to provide an estimate and he responded promptly Monday a.m. and was at my house later that same day. His estimate was thorough as he measured walls, talked with me about other services that could be done, and offered to repair a bowed wall joint on another wall as part of the deal. Frank and his other two workers arrived promptly both days and went straight to work. Frank kept me informed as they worked to let me know what they were doing. I could also overhear Frank very patiently teaching one of his employees as they worked; I was impressed with his manner in doing so. Frank was incredibly courteous and friendly; as were his two employees. I would most definitely hire Frank again!

They had great recommendations on Angie's List. I've been very pleased with them. Based on the meeting today I found them to be very personable. They were very thorough with their estimate. They could probably be the one who I'm going to go with because I just felt very comfortable that he was giving me a good estimate.

Frank Carta was recommended to us by our realtor. He set up an appointment to come out and give us a quote for the work, with 10% off for new customers. The work took two days - one day for most of the repairs, the second day for sanding. He showed up about 15 minutes early on the first day with an assistant. They kept the house clean and made all of the repairs needed. There were some other minor cosmetic issues in the drywall in our dining room that needed repair, but we didn't ask him to do that - he fixed them with no additional cost. He's absolutely professional, prompt, and courteous. We'd use him again without hesitation.
