DEMMA FLOOR SANDING

The price was competitive as compared to the other bids. Overall, I wasn't happy with them. We were in the middle of the remodeling project, and I had been working for months and months. I had laid the floors in my recreation room, so when I got the bid I showed on this one. I asked if they could do it like I did, and they said yes. They came in and started laying the floor. I asked them they are not supposed to lay the floors without the layer being within the six inches of each other. I was showing them when they were putting it together the layers weren't tight, and they said it was because of the materials. The situation was that we were fed up with the remodeling. We wanted to get this room done. There were some joints that weren't really good. The materials that they used were really not my problem. If I had to do it again, I would ask them to either get better materials or stop doing the floor work. Overall, it was not good. They came out the day they were supposed to.

I elected to use another provider.

On time, on budget, very pleasant and professional folks to work with. When my wife saw the finished floor for the first time, her one-word evaluation was "Fabulous."

Excellent work. Day one he prepared the floor with a cleaning agent. He was here for about an hour. On day two, he came and put down a coat of polyurethane after completely cleaning the floors. We left home for 8 hours and came back to a clean gleaming wood floor.
