Very well. Happy with the windows and the installation process.

We used Custom View for the second time recently to have our windows replaced. (The first time they replaced sliding doors.) We were very pleased with their work and the value provided. They were also available after the project was done if we had any questions.

Everything went smoothly from the first phone call until everything was installed. Very friendly and knowledgeable and will highly recommend to everyone. We will be having some more updates done to our home and Custom View Exteriors will be the first people we call.

Called many times. It was difficult to get Vince to respond to calls. When he did, he made up excuses. Ultimately, did not back his own work. I would stay away from him.

Added the sun room to our home. Does not back up his work. Somewhat shady character. Gutters sloped towards house, causing all sorts of leaking in and out of the house. Ice damage. He would look at it and say it was fine, it was an obvious slope. The sun room wasn't braced properly and sagged in the middle. I had to pay a different contractor to come out and put an additional beam under the sun room to support it. Not enough clearance to walk under the deck. Poor work. Cheap work. No customer service.

Vince Kingston is the owner of the company. I came to know about them through a personal referral. I would recommend them to others. I got an estimate from another company, which came in a couple of hundred dollars under, but Custom View Exteriors was a known entity, so I went with them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
