Creative Landscaping made the proposal process interactive and exciting. They were prompt with responses, considerate of my vision and budget, and professional. The end product/result was perfect. We couldn’t be happier!

With the rainy weather, they got off to a late start, which was completely understandable. Their owner kept us informed about the timeline. It was also hard for them to work with all the muddy soil which created an additional challenge for the team. We very much love the results. The yard is now nicely balanced and works very well with our ranch house layout. I wasn't sure if they could balance out our heavy three car garage but they did it! They did a wonderful job ensuring that our stonework on the front of our home was not hidden. We like the plants that they selected and believe they will hold up well, if they can make it through all this rain... The colors selected complement our home well, and are unique for the neighborhood, which we like. There is a nice and balanced mix of plants. They also do a nice cobblestone border that is flush with the yard and makes for easier mowing. It does look very professional and helps to set our home apart. Once the team got started, they were very professional and polite. They also generally addressed my concerns as they arose, including some grass patches they needed to be fixed (due to the muddy conditions) and moving a tree that we had planted last year. They were extremely responsive about those issues (next day service). My recommendations from working with a landscaper are to find samples of things that you like to show the landscaper, but to also trust their vision. I am very pleased with the results, and it likely wouldn't have been a design I would have picked out myself. I look forward to watching the plantings mature and fill out. After 2 months, the plants have filled out nicely. We are still very happy with the plantings.

I first contacted Creative Landscaping early in September by filling out a short message on their website with a short description of the work needed. When I received a call back from Marvin he stated that he would stop by our house and look at the yard. He said he could do that while I was at work, as long as that was acceptable to me. I agreed and described to him what we needed over the phone. He also asked me to complete a survey on their website to help him better understand my tastes and what I wanted from my yard. He stated that he would contact me again after these two things were done, so we could discuss an estimate. I am not even sure if Marvin came to the property to look at the yard. I did complete the survey on the Creative Lanscaping website right away, as he had requested. After that, I never heard from him again. I contacted several family owned landscaping businesses for quotes for this project, as I wanted to support our local small businesses. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service I received from Creative Landscaping. I would expect a small business to be far more responsive and eager to contract business, especially in these difficult economic times. I will NOT be contacting Creative Landscaping again for this or any future projects.

He does an amazing job. This time he planted a tree and put down some rocks for ground cover. His workers are really great and we've never had a problem with anything.
