Great. Ninja's arrived and got to work. This is a recurring service.

Generally, they do a good job, but often inconsistent. Seems the quality has gone down since we started with them, and with their expansion into the Omaha market. They usually do a great job getting the bathrooms spotless--wish they would have as much attention to detail in the rest of the house. They will re-do things, but you have to go around and look and point things out--like dust on floors and furniture that was supposed to have been dusted, for example. They work with a checklist, which is good, but some of the teams check things off without really doing them. You must pay extra for deep cleaning, windows, or getting into nooks and crannies.

There was a deal I found for Cleaning Ninjas, so I began to research them. I saw on their website that they were Super Service Award Winners. I called and was told it was $55/hr or a $111 credit toward a one time cleaning towards whatever the total cost would be. She quoted me $212 with a $111 credit. So the first day I wrote a check a $101 and completely forgot to sign the check. Which she later stated I must have done on purpose to get a free cleaning. When I got home, I saw that the cleaning was not done correctly at all. I called there and tried to speak to Morgan, however I didn't reach her. So I took several pictures and sent them because the website states that you must let them know within 24 hours. After 4 days Morgan called me back, but I was unavailable. Finally 8 days later, Morgan and I were able to speak and she apologized for the delay in response. She said that typically when they provide a service, they don't wet-wipe anything. They dry dust.She said that they would be happy to come back and re-do anything that wasn't up to my standards. However if I wanted anything wet wiped, it would be extra. She also said that the initial check was supposed to be $193, but I mentioned that I had the deal for a cleaning, so then she said it was $167. I have no idea where she got those prices. At that time I didn't have the original info in front of me, so I didn't agree to it or disagree to it. Then Morgan said to me that if I wanted anything wet wiped down, she would send me a new quote. That quote was $367.30! Far cry from the $100. I emailed her back and said I would absolutely not pay that high amount. For example, I still had food on my fridge, the window sills are still dusty, there are hair and leaves on my steps still, and the list goes on. Cleaning Ninjas motto is hide an item for us to find, because that is how good they clean. But that was not the case in my home. I would absolutely pay for this service if it was done correctly. I told the provider that I am a woman of my word, and would never not pay.

Did not clean. Speed is their deal, not quality. They feather dust, don't wipe things on the shelves. Floors were pathetic. The absolute worst experience ever. We addressed it, they said they would do better--they did not. If you want speed and gimmick these are your ninjas. If you want a clean home, run away!

Cleaned 1st and 2nd floor - kept missing a lot, despite many reminders. Nothing ever shined when they left, but had a matte-like film. My house smelled musky after because they were smokers so I had to air out the house.

Didn't have them come out because they wanted $90 extra each time just to come to my house. I called other companies in Lincoln and at the most the trip charge was $20. They might do a heck of a job but they turned me off with their high prices expecting me to pay 3 employees for driving and not working.

Very Stealth. Manage own entry - do a thorough job with checklist of services done to match against - house looks great when we we get home.

They always do an excellent job. On the single occasion in two years that they failed to complete one of the tasks as well, as we wished, the manager personally came to correct the situation.

In general, the team (three cleaners)does a good, standard, overall cleaning. You have to pay extra for any deep cleaning or anything not on their "list". Sometimes they are not as thorough as they should be.

The cleaning ninjas always leave my house speaking. It is such a treat to return home after over of their visits.

Came as expected, worked uninterrupted, worked from checklist, completed as promised.

We have been using them for the last 3 months and they have done a great job. They are reliable and professional.

The first couple of times they cleaned, I was very happy with the results. But, the team members changed often, so each week there were different people. Initially, I was home when they cleaned and as I said, they did a pretty good job. Then I switched service dates and was gone while they cleaned. Suddenly the quality really dropped. The floors weren't clean, the countertop was sticky, there were water spots around the sink and dust bunnies in the corners. The last time they cleaned, they didn't shake out the rugs or vacuum the stairs. I was really disappointed because I really wanted to like them. I even called the owner of the company and said the quality was less than expected. She said it would be taken care of, but that only lasted 1week. In the 6 months we used their service, they broke 2 items. I will be looking for another cleaning service.

This was my first experience ever in hiring someone to clean my house, so I have no other comparison. They arrived ahead of schedule, sent email reminders before-hand, brought their own cleaning supplies and went to town. They waxed and shined the cabinets, fronts of the dressers, wiped baseboards and cleaned the corners of the ceilings for cobwebs. It was like interior car detailing, except for your house. They changed all the garbage bags in the house, They were friendly, worked quickly and were done fast. Left everything looking shiny and smelling nice. Did a very nice job overall. I did note after they left that they hadn't moved the area rugs covering parts of the carpet, to vacuum under them. I also think their vacuum isn't as powerful as mine, but next time, they will use my vacuum if i request it. I will definitely use them again. Yes, expensive to have your whole house cleaned, but when I think about what my time is worth, how big my house is, and how hard it is for me to get the whole thing clean at the same time, it is well worth it. I hope to be a 2-4 time-per-year customer.

They did a good job! My house looked nice when I got home. This is the first time I have EVER had cleaning service. Previously, I was practicing the move once a year to a new apartment method of deep cleaning. They were able to get the burn marks off my glass top stove, something I have not EVER been able to do - yay! My house is always very dusty because we have four animals. I seem to manage to only dust one room at a time, it is nice to have everything done at once. I had them clean my oven and refrigerator, things I think about doing, but don't actually do.... I don't plan on having regular cleaning services, but rather a one time cleaning a few times a year. They will do extra cleaning deep cleaning, if your want to add those services, and that is nice. They really listened to my special requests and that is greatly appreciated. Also, they stuck to the estimate that was given over the phone, I appreciate that, though they didn't let me know that there would also be tax added on, so I guess I still owe them the tax. Oh, and they left me a fortune cookie, nice touch! :)

They are friendly and do a fairly good job, just not up to my standards. Left water marks uncleared on my coffee tables. They have a quality game where the homeowner is supposed to hide a small toy ninja in a cleaning area and the cleaners find it. They failed to do so twice. I don't think they're worth the price.

They are on time, get to right to work, and they do an excellent job. The price is twice what I paid 20 years ago for a smaller house, so I think it is a good value. Wish some other things were only twice as much in 20 years. This past week I asked to change the day because we had workers in the house and they were very accommodating.

I left my keys with them; they cleaned while I was at work. I came home to a sparkling apartment!

They were more expensive than the service I currently use. They were easy to communicate with, and they got right back to me. I can't say anything bad about them. I would use them if I needed to.

I have been using cleaning ninja for a couple of months now. They do an excellent job.The piece may be high but the house the clean is very large so the price fits what they say.

The team of two were on time, quick, and thorough. Stuck to their job, not chatty, but were comfortably friendly, and got along with our dogs and cat.

Bathrooms sparkled! Very thorough throughout whole house. House smelled and looked good. Even made beds!
