Once again, Clarity did an excellent job cleaning our windows. They were prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job.

Very well. They arrived at the promised time and did excellent work exactly as outlined during the walk-around with Shane. The cleaning staff and Shane were pleasant, professional and polite so the whole experience was great. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future to make our windows sparkle as they do now.

What could I NOT recommend? These guys know their stuff. I had them clean the windows in two homes in the Eastridge area of Lincoln. These windows needed the dirt SCRAPED off. Perfect. Our windows look brand new again. They respond right away with an appointment, they send reminders of your appointment, they show up on time, do a wonderful job, are very professional and the work is done extremely well. Never disappointed.

Fantastic! Fast, efficient, and friendly; they did my entire one story, 2 bedroom, mud room and attached garage home in just an hour!! Inside AND out!! There are mostly the lean-in style double hung windows, but there are several old sash/weight ones with old paintbrush marks. They scraped off the old paint. I can't believe it. I mean, who does that?!? The entire house is brighter. I can't recommend them highly enough. Taxes are paid at time of service. I also tipped each worker $10.00 for doing such excellent work.

Very professional teamwork!! I will definitely recommend Clarity and will have them back. Shane and his crew covered all the bases with good coordination and did above and beyond what was expected. The sun is shining brightly today and my super clean windows let the rays flood the house with cheerful light! I joked with Shane yesterday that they had to have run off with all my glass panes because they weren?t there anymore!! Oh! Shane contacted me shortly after purchasing the voucher online. We set up a time to meet for an estimate. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He gave me several choices as to levels of cleaning. Our windows had not been cleaned for several years and there was paint on the windows from the previous owners. He gave a recommendation as to what the windows needed and I agreed. He scheduled the cleaning visit for a time that was convenient for me. His employees came and performed the work efficiently. The windows look fantastic! Excellent value for the price. I very highly recommend Shane and his crew and will use them again in the near future.

The two young mens from the company were right on time, very polite and did an excellent job. The windows and screens looked the same or better than when they were new about 3 years ago. The young man who had to come into the house to remove the screens wore shoe covers to protect the carpet. I was very impressed with their work.

The company is very service oriented and wants to please the customer. This is the third time I have used this service. When they do the inside they are very professional, cover the shoes, etc. Very polite and very professional.

Shane is passionate about super serving his clients. He has cleaned 2 properties for me now 2 different times. The first time he worked very hard to get hard water spots the that sprinkler left on my windows. I worked and worked at it and didn't make a dent. He had them looking like new. He is always professional and quick. When he cleans at our office we are conducting business and we don't even know he's there! He does such great work!

He provided a detailed explanation of their services and cost. He also accompanied his crew and helped in the cleaning process. The crew even worked around two larger dogs in the house.
