+ -1 moreHe ended up doing a lot of commercial work for me too. He was excellent. I have worked with a lot of contractors and he is by far the best. Very professional, kept in touch to let me know as far as weather, we had a lot of storms, if he was going to be delayed by a couple of days to let it dry. He was on top of things. He showed up when he said he would. He got a huge commercial job done in like 3 days which is crazy good. Very professional, very on top of things. He did exactly what he said he would do.
Description of Work: Brent Shore Painting. I am not sure how I came across them, whether it was through Angie's List or the Yellow Pages in May of this year. For the exterior of a rental it was $2100, it was pretty extensive work. For the exterior of my commercial it was $4000. It was a large property. He did a lot of touch up caulking work, he patched things and then painting. Which included some metal gutters, some stucco. Mainly the thing he did was painting, he did all of the priming for it.
