I would not recommend Bonsall Pools to anyone looking for an in-ground pool. They started the project two weeks after quoted. They refused to work when my other contractors were on-site to get the project done in a timely manner. They started the project, but will not finish. They are over their deadline, yet still don't have anyone showing up when the weather is nice to finish the pool. Overall, they won't be able to finish a pool within 2.5 months and there were about 3 weeks of good weather days during that time that they could have worked, but didn't. When I addressed these concerns, they began ignoring my emails and text messages. There are a lot of options for pool builders in Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island and Kearney that I feel could do a better job. Most of their work has been subcontracted out, which causes delays and communication problems. I feel Bonsall Pools is living on a reputation that they can no longer deserve.
