We had no complaints about their earlier work and their price is fairly reasonable. I had no problem with the quality of their work. The only thing is that we had a plumbing situation this spring. We had a leak and it was on a Friday and we needed it taken care of. Their card actually says that they will provide same day service and that is there in big letters. I called them and he said that they would be able to get to it by Monday or so. I told him that their card says that they would provide same day service and that we had used them multiple times in the past and it was not that we were a new customer. He tells me that they provide same day service when it is convenient. I was pretty upset by that especially since we had used them multiple times in the past. He would not come out that day. I called another plumbing company and they were out there by noon and had it fixed within half an hour or so. We were very satisfied, and we never even had them work on our place before. I would never use Bob & Don's again because of that little incident.

The crew from Bob & Don's Plumbing are awesome. They are very honest and have never tried to sell services not necessary. I am right there watching them for the most part, and they are eager to show me exactly what the problem is and what is needed to fix it. They are very prompt to a phone call and will call me prior to arrival at my home. After several visits to my home over the years, they can recall the last time they were here and what they did. They are very personable, and yet highly professional also. I highly recommend them. A+++++ in my book!
