+ -1 moreDid not replace with same sized coil even though we took measurements. Did not work right afterwords. Installed hard start kit on compressor. Told me my compressor was going bad. Asked for a quote for replacement. Waited over 45 days and had to call to ask again for the quote. Acted like he didn't know anything about it. I had another contractor come out ready to replace the condenser based on his report of a bad compressor, and he happened to test the compressor first. The compressor is not bad! The other contractor saved me over $1000. This contractor will not disclose the cost of individual parts, or even what he charges per hour or how many hours he thinks it will take to do a job! How are you supposed to be able to compare quotes between contractors? I asked specifically for certain things, and he didn't even listen! What happened to giving the customer what he wants!
