+ -1 moreThe owner came as promised. He was knowledgable and suggested treatment and preventative maintenance. He explained the costs and the options and let me decide. He set up an appointment for one of his employees to spray inside once every other month. He said an employee would call to set up a time to spray outside. However, the employee called and said he would spray the next day and I was out of town. He did spray as stated on the phone.
Description of Work: ABC sprayed the affected tree to eliminate the carpenter ants. ABC also sprayed the outside of the house and the other trees and shrubs on the property. I also signed up to have the inside of the house sprayed every other month. The owner came to my house as promised to discuss the options. He said he didn't have to find the colony because they would spray all sites. He also indicated that they would come back and spray if the ants surfaced again.
