 + -1 moreAqua systems was very thorough on their presentation. They came out to the house and gave me a thorough explanation about all the systems they had to offer. Installer was great! Very personable, was very careful not to track anything in the house, and cleaned up and disposed of all the boxes and trash.
Description of Work: We had a RO system and a water softener installed.

 + -1 moreJeff came out on a Thursday and the softner was installed the following Monday. They were very professional and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. We had bids on other softners, but liked the idea that this is their only business, and feel that we would get excellent service if it was ever needed.

 + -1 moreWell, Dirk was on time, gave good information. No problem with the installation and took the price of the 1st service call off the price of the water softener. The new softener is simpler and more efficient then the old one. It has a 7 year warrenty on all parts and a life time on mineral tank and brine tank.(service included).
Description of Work: 6/15/2011- After we called them to see why our old water softener was not working. We were getting water deposits on faucets, the tub, the shower door, etc. Dira showed us what was wrong, gave us cost of repairs & costs for new softener. We got a new softener and it was installed 6/17/2011.
