Ann Wassenberg Remodeling

Ann is fantastic. She listens to her clients and ensures the work she proposes fits the client's goals. Her subcontractors have a great relationship with her. All work was done on time, completely as expected, and at the cost she quoted. She was very easy to work with and responded to all of my questions without hesitation. I enjoyed working with Ann and her subs and will definitely call on her again.

It went fine. Everyone we worked with was courteous, prompt, professional and tidy.

Went well. Had to have walls sanded twice and painted twice due to rough walls first time, then we changed colors. Very easy to work with and practical ideas. Bathroom looks very contemparary yet goes with 1940s house. Check walls and better advice from designer on paint color and quality of painting painting more carefully next time. Tile, plumbing and electrician top notch. Ceiling heater quit after a few weeks, we didn't report it for a couple of months and she had electrician out here that day. Within week had new heater and the heater failure was the maker of the heater/vent and yes, it was an upper level heater so not the contractor's nor electricians fault Fan heater didn't work but Anne sent out the electrician within an hour and he ordered a whole new unit b/c found out that the Company told him that if sent out same model might have same problem. Evidently, the maker of the Heater, exhaust fan was at fault and electrician advised us to wait an extra week to get new model so would not have problem. Electrician went extra mile and didn't just talk to the sales person, but spoke with the head supervisor in order to find out problem. We appreciated that since we did not even know to ask him to do it. He installed it the day it was mailed to him. I liked the Contractor very much. She calls you immediately when you call and leave message and very nice

It's the first time we have used her. She uses the best sub contractors and makes all her employees work very hard. She comes over about 3 times a day to make sure everyone is doing their job. She uses the best materials. She is fantastic. She gives great advice and is great at seeing the finished product.

As this is the only bathroom in the house there was a certain time constraint - in other words, the sooner it could be completed the better! Ann was very good in understanding that and really worked very hard with all the contractors to get them in and out as fast as possible. There were a few glitches that pushed the completion date back but they were out of her control. What I was most impressed with - over the professionalism - was her ability to respond to my questions, usually the same day. It was nice to know you would get an answer and keep getting answers over the course of the project. How many times is a contractor hired, and as the project gets about midway complete, calls aren't returned as quickly and frustration sets in? This was not the case here. It was daily that she was in touch and she stopped by frequently to make sure everyone was showing up as scheduled. At the end there were a few corrections that needed to be made and she got them taken care of right away. Her price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we received. I couldn't be happier with hiring Ann for this project and should we need more work done I'll definitely give her a call.

.They said it would take a week and it took three weeks. I would use the subcontractors again only.
