Our dishwasher is about 10 years old, but he said it looked new and will service longer. They made 2 trips, where they had to order a part and come back to fix it. I will use them again in the future.

When they arrived they were very clean and professional looking. They replaced the necessary part and spent time to inspect the rest of the stove. They were able to assure me that the stove was safe and reported that the appliance was in good condition. We had been considering replacing the stove but they saved me the money of doing that.

As part of my home warranty I wasn't charged for their visit, but they called to let me know what day they could come. Then the next day they called to narrow the appointment time down to what time that day they could come. They were right on time. The repairman removed his shoes at the door without me asking him to & got right to work. After about 20 minutes I was told what was wrong & that he'd repaired it. He even gave me some sample soap to use in my dishwasher next time. They were very nice & professional. I will use them again.

We always go to them when we have appliance repair. They are prompt, friendly and respectful. We have used them over and over and I will use them again in the future.

The repairman did a great job explaining exactly what the problem was. We had to get the water softener fixed before they could make the repair. Andy's didn't have all three valves in stock, but ordered them and were back to install them the day after the water softener was fixed. Initially there was a glitch with the installation of one of the valves. We called them back, they took responsibility for the mistake, explained what happened and fixed it. They were thorough, professional, and on time. I will call them the next time we have an appliance needing repair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Arrived on time. Checked dishwasher and prices to fix. Also gave input on new brand to buy since it would cost more to fix than we wanted to spend. I used the coupon from Angies list and got 10% off.

After lining up an appointment using Andy's email system (which is really nice to do after hours!) we got an reply email the next morning and a follow up call the day before the appointment. I got a call from the technician asking if he could come a little early, which was appreciated. After diagnosing the problem, he put together a repair estimate on the spot. We had already been considered switching from an electric to gas range, so we declined, but the tech went so far as to give very helpful advice on selecting a gas range and gave me his card in case we wanted to call while shopping if we had any follow up questions. I did not consider the service fee to be a nuisance or out of line on cost. We will definitely call Andy's again for a repair on any of our major appliances.

There was something wrong with the washing machine and needed to be fixed. They were very good and I was very pleased with the guy who came out. I have a 30 day warranty so that I can call them if it breaks again. They were polite and fast. The price seemed to be pretty standard. I would use their services in the future too.

My landlord called this place to service my non-working oven. It's really hard to get an actual time out of these guys first off and I finally had to go for "sometime in the morning" or "sometime in the afternoon." The first day the guy came and didn't really seem to listen to me when I told him what was going on, he just kept rolling his eyes. He fiddled with the oven for 10 minutes and sat on his laptop for about an hour, then left without telling me anything. I found out from my landlord the thermostat needed replaced and we didn't know when they were coming back. The second visit really made me mad. The guy took apart my stovetop to replace the thermostat and I happened to walk into my kitchen and noticed mouse droppings in the stovetop. I asked him if they were mouse droppings and he said yes, and there's the mouse and pointed at a dead mouse. I thought I would be nice and have my fiance come get the dead mouse out so the repair guy wouldn't have to. I waited for him to replace the thermostat thinking he would either a)clean the droppings out or b) let me know it was clear for me to do so. I came back about 10 minutes later and he had the stovetop all sealed back up. I asked about the droppings and, get this, he sealed it back up with the droppings still in there!! I asked what I need to do in order to clean them out and he said I can't, it's a sealed burner and it has to be taken apart to get to the mouse droppings. I I can't believe he did that, doesn't he know what a health risk that is to leave those in there, and I have an infant in the house! Airborne mouse feces dust causes all sorts of diseases including Hantavirus!!! How dare he not give me the opportunity to clean that up and instead left it to heat up and rot even more every time I use my stove or oven.

I used Andy's online scheduling program and LOVED it. I discovered my dryer wasn't working on a Sunday and was able to schedule and appointment for Tuesday afternoon which was the earliest time I was available. The technician was on-time, professionally dressed, pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Andy's!

The service repairman explained exactly what needed to be done. He carefully moved the fridge, cleaned up after himself (including vacuuming the area under and behind the fridge). He ended the repair with advice about how to keep the problem from occurring again and pointed out we could have a seniors discount or use the discount coupon in the phone book before giving us the final bill. I was 100% satisfied.

Andy's Appliance Repair was sent out by our home warranty company. We were very frustrated by a previous bad experience with another company that was sent out for the same issue. Because of this, I went in to their visit skeptical. They changed my attitude. They were polite, professional, and helpful. They came out the same day they were notified about the issue. We had a soap build up that was keeping our dishes from getting clean. Also, our model of dishwasher has a quirk that we could not have known about. Andy's took the time to thoroughly explain how to keep our issues from reoccurring and gave us advice on how to get the dishes that were covered with soap buildup clean with vinegar. The dishwasher was flushed, and the problem is fixed. Simple. Shiny dishes. Yay.
