Drilled holes in the concrete and said they had to finish the job later because the mud was oozing out the side. They never came back and did not respond to phone calls. Didn't charge anything but didn't fix anything either.
Description of Work: They came to do mudjacking to raise a sunken sidewalk and steps.

As a result of a home inspection (because I'm selling my house) the inspector noticed that the sidewalk that buts up to the foundation on one side of my property leans into the foundation. This could cause foundation/water damage. I was given the name of Adams Mudjacking to call. I talked to Paul who said he'd swing by the next day and give me an estimate. He did so promptly. I called that same day and said I wanted him to do the work. He said he'd stop and do it in the next 7-10 days, or earlier if he happened to be in the area. (Oh, okay, so basically anytime I could expect him.) Last Friday I noticed that he had stopped by to perform the work. I was not home at the time. He left the area messy, pavers that I had placed on a path were thrown off to the side. The foundation (which is a brick red) had a gray, concrete-colored film on it, bits of concrete were everywhere, mulch around plants was moved, it was just generally messy. One of the holes that he drilled to perform the service wasn't even completely filled back with concrete. Then, to make matters worse, after the service was performed, the sidewalk now tilted toward the foundation even more than it did initially! I called Paul the following Monday to tell him I'd received his bill for $200 but I wasn't going to pay it until it was fixed. He said he was in the are and he's "swing by to check the work his guys did." He called me back about 15 minutes later. His excuse was "looks like this is one of those jobs that can't be fixed by mudjacking." Oh, really Paul? His workers did a messy job, didn't do it correctly, but then he goes ahead and bills me anyway? He said I didn't have to pay the bill. Well, I wasn't going to anyway because he didn't fix the problem. The icing on the cake is Paul didn't even offer an apology. No, I would search high and low for another mudjacker. While I've heard tales of these folks doing good work, I think that may just be an urban legend.
Description of Work: They did do mudjacking on my sidewalk next to the house, but it ended up tilting more toward the foundation when they were done than it did when they began.

They were supposed to come a month earlier, but they did not and I thought that they wouldn’t come, but they showed up one day when I wasn’t expecting them and I wasn’t even here. We spent $ 275 on that work. They were late getting out here and I was not called ahead of time. They were supposed to do some sealing around the foundation and because I wasn’t here I could not talk to them about it. I thought that they were messy because they splattered concrete on the front of the house, grass and the air-conditioner. They put concrete in placed where it shouldn’t have been and I thought that they could have been a little neater with it. They were responsive when they gave me the estimate.
Description of Work: I used Adam’s Mudjacking & Foot Repair on the first Friday of October and they did mud jacking work for me.
