They were very nice and knowledgeable. I upgraded my panel from a 100 fuse box to a 150 breaker box. I was debating on 150 or 200. He said for my house size and things I do 200 wasnt necessary. I wanted the extra spaces for later use. He said there is a 150 box with more spaces (only $20 more than the typical 150, and still save me a bunch of money). They started work when they said, they were finished when they said. They took care being in the house while there. They locked up when they were done. Loved them and will use them again if need be.

I have hired this firm in two previous projects. They are very competitive, attention to detail. They return my calls in a timely manner and will stand by them. This was an emergency situation, and they responded expeditiously. A&R will continue to be my choice, in all my electrical needs. Thank you yet again; A&R.

3rd party facilities maintenance company hired Reggie for a retail customer. He was able to go on site and assess the display and found that no work was needed after all as wiring and lighting was working, calling me from site and updating me. Reggie took photos as asked and sent in all paperwork in a timely manner. I would use Reggie again for electrical work in the area.

2 guys came to install my light fixture. They were very polite & worked well together. I liked their personalities. Chatted easily with them. They needed to add a piece of wood to complete the anchoring of the bigger light fixture & did not charge me more. Did a great job of cleaning up.

Reggie was on time and very professional. He installed 4 new breakers and changed out an existing breaker. When we turned the new AFCI breakers a couple of them tripped right away indicating an issue somewhere in the circuit. Reggie took the extra time to explain what it could be and took the time to help me trouble shoot and find the problem, which we were able to correct right away. I would highly recommend Reggie! He has earned my future business and referrals.

Nice guy to work with

Reggie got back to us quickly by e-mail. He did all the work we agreed on, and he fixed what a previous person had done wrong. We felt comfortable having him in our house to do his work and enjoyed working with him.

Outstanding experience all around. Prompt, efficient, and very trustworthy. They found a couple of issues that needed to be adressed on top of what we contracted for. At our option we asked to have them performed. When the bill arrived the additional work was very reasonable and all work done was top quality. I will be adding an addition this summer and will likely contract with this crew again without bidding out due to quality of work and great experience. I would recommend this crew to my own family.

He came to my house on saterday afternoon and was able to fix my overhead light inside an hour. Was nice and removed his shoes so he wouldn't track snow and salt.
