+ -1 moreThe price was high, but I had them do a lot. I selected A-Cross from ratings and reviews from other people. A-Cross was my second choice, because my first choice wasn't available. I liked that the owner called me back, and told me how the cleaning process was going to work. He also came out when the cleaner was here to make sure everything was OK. So that was good! I am grading responsiveness an F because I had a complaint, and called the owner. He called me back, and said he would come out and fix the problem, but I never heard from him again. I felt the guy that was doing the cleaning was a little "goofy", but I don't want to get him in trouble. I would give them another chance.
Description of Work: I used A-Cross Time for carpet cleaning, this past May.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreMy son had a football party and someone wore an unwashed red shirt that bled all over our brand new sectional. The company that treated it where we bought the sectional wouldn't cover it so we called Tim. He came out and got the stains out completely. While he was there he cleaned the carpet in the family room and they look great too.
Description of Work: Cleaned fabric sectional and family room carpet.
