Cameron is very knowledgeable about rag cleaning. They were on time and very efficient, They clean and very nice.

Cam did a great job on three of my rugs over the last year and also helped me pack and ship a rug I sold on eBay. This company gives great customer service, does a beautiful job cleaning oriental rugs, and the pricing was excellent.

Rugs were picked up an delivered on schedule and cleaned very well. Company was very professional and easy to work with.

They came to pick it up and delivered it after it was cleaned. They were very professional, answered all our questions, and the rug looked great.

They were good. They came out pretty clean, but one of the rugs had fringe torn off.

We used Cam a couple years ago to clean our rugs and get some stains out, he did an amazing job. Once again, he came through. We are moving out of state and needed to get the rugs cleaned in a tight time frame; they came and picked them up and had them back to me within a week...spotless! You cannot go wrong, they do amazing work!

On our initial phone conversation Cameron let me know they price their service by the square foot and asked the approximate size of the rug and gave me an estimate. I let them know my cat had been urinating on the rug for several months and you could only smell it if you were on your hands and knees, the order had not permeated any further yet. He let me know pet orders was one of their specialties and guaranteed they could get the smell out. We scheduled a day and time for him to pickup and asked if me any furniture needed be moved off the rug and offered to move it. I had to re-schedule twice do to last minute conflicts and they were very understanding. On the day they picked up the rug they called me 1/2 hour before hand so I could meet them at the house and were there before I was. They measured the rug to be sure I had given them the right measurements and wrote up the cost for my signature. I let them know I was not going to put the rug back down but store it in my basement since cat's have a habit or revisiting an area where they urinated before even though the smell is gone. They let me know they offer storage for a small monthly fee until such time that I want the rug put back down. They are storing my rug and sent me pictures so I could see how clean it was and it looks great and they assured me the smell was gone.

Omaha's Rug Cleaning & Restoration's owner came out to give us a bid to clean two area rugs, a wool oriental rug from the front entry that had not been cleaned since we purchased it 10 years ago and a wool waffle weave rug from our hearth room which had been cleaned before. I explained to him how I spilled a glass of red wine on the hearth room rug and cleaned it up with club soda which removed the red but a shadow of where it spilled remained. I told him this was the second time I did this and the company that cleaned it before did a good job but if you knew where to look there was a trace of the stain. He was positive the stain could be successful removed. He was very knowledgeable and gave us other suggestions for our rugs, the right pads to use, other treatments that can be used and why our great room rug's backing was leaving a white dust on the floor. There was no sales pressure to add any of these services and it was more for educational purposes. It was comforting to know that he knew what he was doing and that my rugs were in good hands. When they returned with the rugs, we were extremely pleased with the results. The front entry is a dark brown and we knew it was in overdue for a cleaning. We couldn't believe how bright it looked. The hearth room rug turned out as promised...no trace of the red wine stain. The turn around time was reasonable and returned as promised. The men picking up and dropping off the rugs were polite and professional. I give Omaha's Rug Cleaning & Restoration my highest recommendation.

We used two other oriental rug cleaners in town and neither got the spots out, the rugs actually looked untouched when we got them back. Rug Spa picked them up, cleaned and put a stain guard on them, and returned them to my house. Not only are all the spots removed, they look amazing, so bright and clean. I would definitely recommend and use Rug Spa again.

We wanted to delay using the coupon we had purchased and they were willing to do that. They arranged a date convenient for us. They came and picked up the rug on time. They worked with us on a delivery date and arrived on a time to deliver the rug. They took time to arrange the rug where we wanted it. They were very polite also. The rug looks great!

I had two area rugs cleaned. The work was excellent but it did take a little longer than I had anticipated. I also got new padding for both rugs and he upgraded the second padding at no additional charge.

Friendly professional service. Love our reconditioned area rug-it's like new after they removed the old disintegrating backing and placed a new backing. Looks beautiful! Thank you so much.

They were very courteous and prompt. They picked up my rug and cleaned it and brought it back to me which was very convenient. I didn't think they would be able to get all of the spots out but they did. The work and service was excellent and I have no complaints. I really loved having that coupon from Angie's List because sometimes it costs more to get the rug cleaned than you paid for the rug. It was great and economical to actually get the rug cleaned rather than disposing it and having to buy a whole new rug.

Josh & Scott were fabulous, professional & worked very h****** pet spots, coffee & cola stains, as well as grease from my husbands bike - my carpets are beautiful.
