Overall the work he did was good. The areas that were lacking was cleaning up after himself. For example, he left the empty caulk canisters in the front yard and the scrapping from the gutter were left on the front walkway. Outside of this the work was done in a timely manner.

Purchased a deal on Angie's List. Showed up when he said he would. Didn't leave a mess in the yard. Found a stretch of gutter that was not attached properly and fixed it for me, possibly saving me from potential damage down the road. Overall, I am happy with the work done.

It went great! The crew was efficient and left no evidence that they were ever there. The owner provided some suggestions on how to improve our gutters in the future, but did not pressure us in any way. Much appreciated! There were a few issues with timeliness. But, the owner took responsibility for the issues and provided us with an appropriate discount for the delays.

Gutterworks was an okay service. I needed some holes repaired to stop a few gutter leaks as well as the gutters cleaned. The house is a small 910 sq ft. single family multi level with a standard roof, nothing fancy. Gutterworks charged $90.00 per hour plus any materials. The job took a little over two hours to complete. They were on time and friendly. We had three gutter issues (small holes) that needed addressed. They all appear to be repaired and not leaking. I usually get three estimates on repair work, but didn’t have the time to do so. Since this is the first time I had work done to my gutters, I can’t compare Gutterworks to other similar companies. They were okay.

I had hail damage in 2014. I wanted someone local and well established that I could trust. There were many to choose from, also many storm chasers knocking at my door promising to be cheaper than local companies. My neighbors had these fly-by-night roofers (contractors) and ended up having problems later in the year.. Gutterworks has been in business for 23 years and is rated with A+ in the BBB. I contacted Gutterworks, Inc from LaVista and they not only gave me a bid for a new roof, but took the time to explain all the details, selection of colors, types of shingles, and the importance of attic ventilation so I would have a manufacturer's warranty . They also helped me with the insurance claim. I spent extra money for the ridge vent because I have a cathedral ceiling that had dark shadows created by humidity trapped in the roof in these areas that were not ventilated. They took the time to explain this to me, and I appreciate knowing these kind of things about my home. When they did my roof it was completed within two days, the installers were nice, and cleaned up all the debris on the ground, It looks great. It cost $6,500 compared to thousands more from other l contractors (not counting the attic ventilation). I have recommended Gutterworks, Inc. to neighbors, friends, and family and feel they were the best choice in the Omaha and Council Bluffs area.

It was slow going but the weather wasn't good. Had cold weather and there was still ice and snow on the ground but considering the weather it went pretty smoothly.

This is my third experience with replacing a roof to my current house and, to date, this is the most positive experience I have had. The estimate was clear and given in a timely fashion. The owner/estimator was very helpful in offering possible solutions to roof problems I was having---i.e., he and I discussed possible solutions with advantages and disadvantages to each option. That information was helpful to me in making decisions related to ordering my new roof. As part of the estimate, I was told of possible additional costs based upon the assessment of the deck once the current roof was removed----my actual cost ended up being the original estimate (i.e., no additional costs were added). At the time of the estimate, I was given an approximate date for the work to begin. The roof was installed approximately 6 weeks following my acceptance of the estimate and the roof was installed in slightly less than 2 days. The roof was installed at the beginning of October and, since then, I've experienced one winter under this roof. Several times last winter we have had 9-inch snowfalls. In previous years, I would have had problems with ice dams under those weather conditions. Since the new roof was installed, I have had no problems with ice dams. Overall, I consider this company to be trustworthy and competent.

Gutterworks did a very professional job cleaning my gutters. They are very courteous people. I did not realize until they told me but it will make the gutters last longer to have them cleaned regularly. My husband died a few years ago and he took care of all of that work. I was extremely glad the man from Gutterworks was willing to explain to me how to take care of my gutters. They were prompt and very knowledgeable. The prices I felt were very good.
