+ -1 moreI asked Durashield to come give me an estimate to paint the exterior of my home. I was told the proposal would be emailed to me the next day. Two days later I called to follow up and was told I would receive a phone call later that day to discuss the bid. It has now been another two days and I have still not heard from them. Apparently, getting my business is not a priority. I would not recommend this company.

Description of Work: Very unresponsive and unprofessional. Came and took a check for materials. A week later spent half a day taping paper over all my windows. Now it has been a week since then and they have not returned. Each day its another excuse and a promise to show the next day. But then they do not show and do not communicate why until I track them down. Obviously too busy or too disorganized to do the job. I would avoid doing business with this company.

Description of Work: Originally to paint / stain deck, but found carpenter ants in deck so replaced the bad deck and finished with stain. As it turn out we also asked Lisa to paint the house.

+ -1 moreLisa and her team caulked all the windows of our two story house and painted damage we received from the recent hail storm. Her team is extremely careful in protecting surfaces that might get splattered with paint with plastic or covering. They provide courteous excellent service and cleanup. I always appreciate when the team adds a few extra brush strokes of paint above and beyond what they quoted if they see a few various nicks in my house.

Description of Work: Durashield Painting is a small family-owned business offering VERY competitive prices. They are insured and bonded and provide awesome service! Within 48 hours of calling, we had a bid for our deck staining and recommendations regarding the stain color we might like to use. We have a large, double-deck on a walk-out two story home. Durashield workers taped plastic over the house, windows and even our plants to ensure the stain did not splatter.
