+ -1 moreCalled Larry Davison, Summit Heating & Air Conditioning, to service my humidifier and sent his son. His son came to the house and replaced filter pad and the humidifier drainage tube leaked because he did not clean it out. Spent 10 minutes at the house to replace a humidifier pad and charged me a hour labor for poor workmanship.
Description of Work: Larry Davison sent his son to service and replace filter pad in humidifier. They were at the house 10 Minutes did not clean out drainaged tube which overflowed. Cost: Service call $70.00 + Labor $68.00 (10 minutes) + part $15.91 They have installed four heating and air units over the years and have had nothing but trouble from them. One heat pump went bad because he did not solder the fittings and constantly leaked. Installed a damper between second and third floor of the house to share heating and air. One of Summit's workers stepped on the damper and broke it. Took approximately a year to replace it. The shared heating and air between the second and third floor never has worked correctly.

+ -1 moreThe price was a little bit much; it was $68 for the service call and about $70 for the labor and parts. I haven’t compared their pricing to anybody else.
Description of Work: I used Summit Heating & Air Cond to light the pilot light on my water heater. They also had to fix the thermocouple on that.
