Description of Work: I want to begin by saying the repairs I needed were made quickly and the results were very good. I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of work. However, they could do a much better job with scheduling. I contacted Russell's Appliance by phone to have a microwave and ice maker repaired. I was told the repairman sets his own schedule and that Thursday's were his day in my area, which meant one week later and he would give me a call to set a time. Four days later I had not been contacted so I called the store again to confirm the appointment. I was then told that the repairman would be there on Wednesday and would call me when he was on his way. I took the day off from work and waited. At 4:45 p.m. the repairman called to say he would be there the next day (Thursday). He seemingly did not know that I had been told he would be there on Wednesday. He did call me at work on his way on Thursday and I took off again to meet him at my home. Again, scheduling needs improvement. I would call on Russell's again, but would request better information.
