Description of Work: Furnace would not stay lit. Repairman came within two hours and fixed the problem quickly. Also fixed the humidifier without any extra charge. Showed me what the problem was and how to fix in the future. Would recommend Reinkes to anyone.

 + -1 morethe tech. showed up with in the time frame. he checked out the condenser for leaks. filled the unit with Freon & than rechecked it for leaks. the tech was pleasant & professional.

 + -1 moreReinkes installed a ductless heating and air conditioning system to provide supplemental heat/air to a room in our home. The price was fair and they quickly installed the unit. We subsequently had problems with a defective part and Reinkes was very responsive in resolving the issue. Reinkes was also able to do the electrical work to install the unit, which was a huge plus as we didn't have to go find an electrician and coordinate schedules. I would recommend them any day.

Description of Work: had them come over to look things over , measure, give me a cost of what it would be to install a AC unit. Took measurements, left it s been almost 3 weeks with no call back or stop over with his findings! It's like, is that how they do business--no thank you. Even after I told him that I had cancer, with all the treatments and such I could not take another summer dealing with this heat! My husband called another place. The guy came out that day, took measurements, had his electrician come over that evening. My AC unit is ordered and on it s way.

 + -1 moreThey gave me info on what he was doing while checking everything out. The guy was early and more than willing to go above and beyond what I expected. It also started to rain while he was outside and stayed out there until the job was done getting soaking wet. Will definately call if I need them again.

Description of Work: Two problems were discovered by the men that came on 2 occasions before it was fixed correctly. I have a home warranty program insurance policy that I purchased when I bought the house in June of 2012. They worked with the insurance people and took care of the problems so its works good now. No complaints here. They have also worked on the commercial unit at the business I manage and did a good job. Their rates are not as high as others in the area. I would recommend them to others.
