Great work great staff. Competitive pricing and worth the money!
Description of Work: Removed existing overgrown landscape, redefined and added new landscape beds. They installed a combination of rock and mulch in those landscape beds. They installed a fire pit , also installed an irrigation system.

No work done, they won't even come to see or to give me ideas. I guess my little project wasn't big enough for them.
Description of Work: I called-around the 1st of April to have someone come and give me a estimate on landscaping and some bushes to be removed. They told me they would not be able to do anything until school was out (May 21). I called them back on May 27th, and they had no record of me calling. I gave them the information again and the next day they called and said they were not interested in coming to look and talk to me about what I wanted done.

This review is extremely troubling to us because were not sure what is more troubling, the fact that this "person" left a bad review for work we don't even do or the fact that "Angies List" allowed this review to even be posted on here after we explained to "Angie's List" that we don't even do the kind of work that the "person" called about. First off, this "person" called about getting a Blue spruce trimmed. We don't do that kind of work and she was told that. To leave a bad review to a company for particular kind of work that we don't even do is absurd. Secondly, for "Angie's List" to even allow the review to happen is equally absurd. We called to explain to "Angie's list" what the issue was and figured it was just an oversight on their part to have allowed the review to be posted. I was told since all we did was answer our phone when this person called that the review was going to be allowed to remain since "that was the customers interaction and experience with our company" All because we answered our phone!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Small business's in America have a hard enough time as it is let alone to have this kind of nonsense occur. Our company has been voted "Best of Kearney" in 3 categories, Sprinklers, Landscaping and Lawn care for over the past 6 years. We have been in business for over 17 years and have a excellent reputation amongst our community. One bad apple isn't going to break us, but that doesn't mean I will sit idly by and allow this kind of stuff to happen. We would understand that if this "person" had done a job with us and they were not satisfied with our work then that would be a different story, BUT WE DIDN"T EVEN DO ANY WORK FOR THIS PERSON!! We simply answered our phone and explained to them that we don't do that kind of work that she was asking for. That earns us a bad review? There are people that are a part of this that should be ashamed of themselves! I always said that the minute I saw this "Angie's List" I knew this type of stuff would happen because it was just going to be a sounding board for the miserable and clueless.

Not well....very slow and not good concrete work on the curb-it
Description of Work: new sod and landscaping with a form of curb-it. The owner was very arrogant and did not like to be questioned on his work. After asking questions about some issues he did not show up in person again he just sent his employees and had to go thru them. The sod work they did was nice...but the curb it looks terriable and was not of very good quality!! Would not use them again!!

We are very disappointed in this review and we strive everyday to make all of our customers happy. We wish we had been given a chance to meet this persons issues head on, but we were not given that chance contrary to the review that was posted. As the owner I personally regret any bad feelings this person had and I assure to all my future customers that arrogance is not one of my qualities. Anyone that knows me knows that I am business minded, goal oriented and professional and I'm sorry if that came across as arrogant. Unfortunately my business does not allow me to meet with all of my customers all of the time which is why I have managers not unlike many other business's, but I can assure to any future customers that I will always strive to meet the needs of my customers. On a side note, I do want to take this opportunity to point out a few things. This review stated that the job was "slow" yet the job was completed April 4th. We live in Nebraska and I will say no more. Secondly, this review was posted in september and again the job was completed April 4th. We had no communication with this customer about any dissatisfaction prior to her post.
