 + 0 moreWe have always had great service from them and other than the initial set up have never needed to have them come back to fix anything. When they installed the system they made sure everything was working properly and have always been able to answer or correct any problems we might have encountered. I particularly love their on-screen caller id so we know who is calling without having to find a phone to view the caller id screen.
Description of Work: Any time we have had problems, tech support has been only a phone call away. For TV reception problems they have always been able to talk us through fixing the problem or reset the system remotely even on weekends or after regular business hours.
