Went great. Showed up on time, performed work right away. Was very informative while he performed work. Very pleasant to deal with.

After contacting Crawford Plumbing about a suspected leak under our water heater, Pat was able to come by right away to look at our water heater. Upon inspection of the water heater, he found a large and rusted area that was going to eventually break and flood the area. He was willing and able to install a new water heater that day since we didn't want to get caught with a broken water heater on a weekend when his supplier may not be available. Our water bills have also dropped noticeably with the installation, so clearly the leak was more considerable than we realized. He was very nice and so flexible given the short notice (and the pouring rain he had to run in and out of that afternoon). We'll definitely be calling Pat for any other plumbing issues that come up!

First time he came out put in toilet gasket that still is not right asked for heavy duty seal and he talked me out of it I am going to have to replace myself because it still leaks he replaced inside of faucet in bathtub and did a pretty good job

Everything went fine, as always. We've used these guys for new water heaters, new sinks, clogs and drips. Always very fast and completely satisfied with the results.

They do good work which is why we recommend them. They are reliable. They are pretty busy so I am not sure how quickly they get there. But being busy means they are good.

I had a new geo thermo furnace installed, having a dedicated hot water unit added to the furnace. A dedicated hot water unit preheats water gong thru the furnace before it goes to the hot water heater, reducing the energy needed by water heater to heat the water. Crawford Plumbing (Seth) removed the old 55 gal water heater and installed a new 80 gal water heater, connecting my well water to the new geo thermo furnace, then from the furnace to the new water heater. Was very professional, super quick, and cleaned everything up. Also gave me an estimate on a future project of mine.
