Not only did no one show up that day, I have never received a visit, call or any communication from them since.
Description of Work: Called for Air Conditioner service and was told someone would be to our home before the end of the day.

A/C went out during bad heat wave. Called K-T in the morning and they said they would be there around 4 PM. Worker arrived after 5. He changed the filter and charged it with freon. He showed me how to change the filter and left an extra one. He was in and out in less than an hour. Great Service!
Description of Work: Charged freon in A/C, changed filter, reset temperature control.
