I signed a contract on October 4, 2012 and was told it would take 4-6 weeks before it was ready to install. It actually ended up being 3 months and then another 6-7 weeks because when they finally came to install everything all the doors and drawer fronts were the wrong size so everything had to be remeasured and remade. They did get the countertop installed but it was not level and so the backsplash does not fit properly. The drawers wouldn't fit when they put the fronts on so rather than let them take them again for who knew how long my son fixed them himself. They did sloppy work on the installation of a small base cabinet which we had to redo so it looked nice. Also was told they charged extra to put trim between the countertop and cabinets so we did that ourselves also. When removing my old sink they broke the base and just put the new sink in anyway. We had to repair the base ourselves. Their communication is nonexistent. That was part of the reason for the delay in getting anything done. They never offered us a discount or anything for all the troubles we had. It took them two months to get me the final bill and then about 13 days later I get another statement saying it was 30 days past due. Not a place I could ever recommend.
