Description of Work: My WORK computer had the Norton go out of date and I did not update it, due to busy at the holidays. My fault... but I was searching for an image for a customer and it got infected and hsut the whole thing down. I contacted Regg Eckmann from Tri-state computers and he said he was on his way in 20 min.s. As soon as he made it to Hartington, he came over to work on the computer. Was not able to fix it here in the office so he disconected it and took it back to his shop. He returned with it before lunch and I was back in business. I can't thank him enough!!! I am using the computer he fixed right now.... that is proof enough! :)
