H2GROWN LANDSCAPE & SPRINKLER

Due to a possible water break in my sprinkler system I initially had called Easy Lawn but after 2 phone messages and 1 email I gave up found H2grow. I called the number I found online and ultimately left a message for H2grow. Approximately 1-2 days later I was called back and I advised them of my issue. I was told someone would call me back to go over the problem and set up an appointment. Approximately a week goes by with no call. I called again, left a message and within a day or two my call was returned. No explanation was provided why I did not get a return call. I advised them of the issue and they said they could be out in a day or so. Approximately a week goes by, again, and I called to see if they had come out or what the issue was. No note was left, no message, nor a bill. Again I had to leave a message but it was returned again in about a day or so. I was told the problem was weather related and there was no line breakage as I had feared. I was told I would receive a bill for the service call in a week or so. Approximately 3 weeks later a bill was received by mail. I will say H2grow redeemed themselves and called during a weekend of a big unexpected freeze asking if i wanted to have my system drained and shut down. He did advise that the weather was turning unexpectedly and if I didn't use them to at least do it myself due to the sudden below temp to arrive. I told them to shut things down and before days end the owner was out at my place shutting things down. When he entered my house to access the water main, he took his shoes off at the door, was very polite and chatted w/ me answering my questions. Before he left I ran a couple of issues past him and he took the time to explain some means of resolution that I could do myself. If they keep their communication up to task I will continue to use them for yard issues.
