I had 2 rental properties air ducts serviced. Since I didn't find anything about this company, I went with them because they have a$80 coupon in the Omaha Valupak. Don't be fooled, they want to tag on a ton of extra stuff, and if I paid for everything it would have been hundreds more. I did expect some "hard-sell" but I was really disappointed in the amount of "extra's" compared the the coupon price. And they do try to gross you out and tell you how dirty you are. The cleaner called ahead of time and was on-time. He did, however, miss the driveway and drove into the yard. And he tracked snow through the house. At the second house we had him put on the booties. The amount of time he spend and the equipment he used really doesn't make it worth the cost. The first house (1300 sq ft) was $150 and the second (1500 sq ft)almost $300. so yea, they really tack on a bunch of "extra's". The worse part was when the cleaner called the office with the price quote (and the fact I wouldn't pay for the UV lite or electrostatic air filter) and when we talked about the disinfectant for the second house (they wanted an additional $190) I asked for a discount, and "Dave" at the office was yelling over the phone loud enough for me to hear him. I didn't make out everything, but most of it was not nice. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. The cleaner was polite and on-time, but did try to make me feel bad about not buying the extra's. It didn't work. My bad for not doing more research, and not getting a written estimate from another company. Hope this helps someone else.
