Description of Work: Installed new sunroom three years ago. Mismeasured and gerrymandered a fix that didn't work. It has leaked during snow and rain ever since. They have tried fixing it 2-3 times a year, but the leaks continue.

Description of Work: They offered to help me commit insurance fraud! I will never work with them. They provided me with a cost estimate that I could turn into my insurance provider, then they stated they would actually do the work for a much lower cost and I could pocket the difference.

 + -1 moreOverall sales process went well Ashley's assistance she helps us design a room that was within our budget and made the changes we requested along the way. We were very impressed with the crew that completed the building. They were pleasant, made some suggestions along the way and kept the yard as cleaned up as possible. Our only complaint was working with the production manager, we never felt like we got our questions answered about scheduling or status, just seemed like he told us was he thought we wanted to hear. He was very patronizing to me on the phone but would respond better to my husband.
Description of Work: Added a 12x17 3 season sunroom and a 12x14 composite deck replacing the original concrete patio,

 + -1 moreThe work went very well beginning on July 9th with the knock down of the old deck. We had 2 very qualified construction workers on the job and they endured some very hot days (100 plus) especially on the roof. We were very pleased with the workmanship and how easy it was to work with Greg and Ryan. They were very receptive to our needs and did and excellent job on the room. We have had many compliments on the structure and are very happy with the final results.We can't say enough about Malibu and the people we came in contact with from Jack who work with us on the design, especially, the deck configuration; Bob Moon and Bob Grice who scheduled and followed through with the work, Greg and Ryan who did the on ground work and spent a lot of time at our place and Ashley who made sure we were kept up to date from a Customer Service standpoint. We would certainly recommend Malibu to anyone interested in having a Sunroom built.
Description of Work: We had Malibu tear down our old deck and build a Sunroom along with a deck that tied very well into the existing structure. Building the room included some intricate roof work in tying into our existing roof from two different angles. The room is about 12 X 17 feet and, along with the deck, needed quite a lot of footings.
