Description of Work: Like you i was reading reviews to find a good plumber at a reasonable price, like you I came across JTM plumbing with all these great reviews and thought there is no way one plumber can have only satisfied customers. Probably like you I called him anyway. I called John and set up an appointment to come out and get a bid as I had several things that needed done. (bathroom plumbing rework, gas line added for new gas range, replacment of main stack and a couple of lines snaked out.) John gave me a straight forward bid with a price for each task. Let me just say plumbers are expensive everyone knows that. That being said I never felt like he was taking advantage of me. As happy as i was with the price I was just as happy with the work. His guy made one extra hole in my drywall that he was not supposed to and John gave me a credit off my bill without me even asking. Needless to say John will hopefully be my plumber for many years to come. The Thompsons

Description of Work: We had a clogged drain. I called JTM plumbing and left a message for someone to call about the drain. Traci called back about 90 minutes later. When we first talked she said that she could probably have someone out between noon and 2:00. This was at about 10:30. About 15 minutes later she called back and asked if Jon could come over right away, which he did. Our kitchen drain was really plugged up. It took Jon and his helper about 15 minutes to get it running again. He also gave me some tips on how to keep it from happening again. I was very happy with the responsiveness, and professionalism of JTM and will recommend them to family and friends. I also got $20 off for using Angies List.

Description of Work: We call JTM plumbing to grt estimate for installing new bathroom fixtures that someone else had start, and which we were not satisfied with. JTM can in gave us a good estimate on what we want, and while here made to minor adjustments without charging. This was awesome. Then we had a plumbing problem with a new kitchen faucet, they came fixed it and it works wonderfully. We have schedule the for next month to change out some toilet and give your bathtub new fixtures. They are such wonderful people to work with.

Description of Work: replaced toilet in a professional and very neat manner...cleaned up and left as new.
