They were extremely friendly when I contacted them, and they told me they could come in a few hours. John promised to contact me before they came, which he did. When his employee Matt arrived, he immediately figured out the problem was with our faucet. After thoroughly checking it, he recommended I contact the manufacturer, Moen, as they are very good with warranty replacements. He would not accept any payment for this help. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good and trustworthy plumber!

You really don't want bad things to happen like this (broken underground pipes) but if you do, these guys are the ones to call. They came out and gave the estimate the same day I called. They got on the job less than a week later and it took two days to finish. They had to break up concrete, replace the pipes and replace the concrete floor. They even hauled the broken up concrete away. Plus the actual cost came out to way less than the original estimate. I would not hesitate to call them again and in a 60 year old house that may be sooner than later. Thanks, guys.

The plumber, Greg, arrived on time and replaced the pressure valve in the basement. He also rerouted a water pipe that was old and semi-blocked with debris. He also repaired the leaking kitchen faucet.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Job came in at the estimated cost, and the expansion tank was the answer to my problem which another plumber could not diagnose. Excellent job and I will use JTM again for any plumbing needs that I have in the future.

They responded and came out even though it was on a Saturday. They usually don't work on the weekends.

Called to let me know ahead of time when they were arriving so that I could stay at work as long as possible. Came right on schedule. They were short one plumber so the owner came at the expected time and started the work. Very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Cleaned up everything. All was done as they outlined.

John came out day before and checked out scope of job to be done. John and crew arrived on time the next day. Work was done and finished WAY earlier than I thought. Old water heaters were removed. John came back day after to make sure everything was done to my liking. Amazing!

They are a wonderful couple, hard working, polite and thorough. I will use them again.

Because of the high rating on Angie's List, I used this plumbing service. I had to try calling many times to finally reach a human on the phone. The phone interaction was rushed and it felt that I was burdening the woman when I finally reached her. The day of my appointment, the repairman was about 45 minutes late with no call to alert me that he would be late. The repairman was very polite and professional, including wearing shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt in our home. He also carefully cleaned up any dirt/grease when he was finished. The entire service took about 5 minutes. I asked how much I would be billed but the repairman had no clue (I would have expected at least for him to be able to tell me how the charge would be calculated, e.g., minimum charge of X plus so much per hour). Also the initial call was so rushed I really did not have a chance to ask this question. I was a bit surprise by the $90 bill for 5 minutes of service - especially after sitting around an extra 45 minutes waiting for them to arrive for a specifically agreed appointment time.

For the July 2013 repair, JTM arrived on time, were very professional and the cost for the labor and materials were very reasonable. Based on our satisfaction with their work, we then hired JTM back to replace the plumbing fixtures on our master bath and garden tub. They passed along their price on the fixtures ordered, which was a substantial discount from the list price, and their $130 charge for labor was very reasonable. The plumber arrived right on time and was very professional. We would definitely hire JTM again.

Jon and another employee arrived on time. They installed the gas line exactly as requested to support a fireplace. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess or without any inconvenience.

JTM set an appointment and arrived as scheduled. He estimated about 3 hours and was finished right on time. The crew came in and took their shoes off before going downstairs (this really surprised me). The crew was courteous, prompt, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up after they were done with the install. It was a very pleasant experience working with them!

JTM Plumbing was able to free up the valve and saved my the cost of a total replacement which was quoted as hundreds dollars, instead they only charged me a service call charge and got everything working again. This is my plumber in the Omaha area for future plumbing needs.

The work was done quickly, and I haven't had any leaks since. I called the day before and when I was told they couldn't come that same day, they offered to refer me to other companies that may be able to help. Since this was a slow, intermittent leak, I opted to wait until they were available the next day.

John arrived on the 28th right on time and was able to replace the leaking faucet from our osmosis water filter system. He was professional and pricing was exceptional. We will definitely utilize JTM again in the future.
