John & Traci Miller were very professional in everything. The initial install appeared to go smoothly, although a small leak developed in a connection. Once we discovered this, we called in and John was out to the house right away to tighten the connection (PVC plumbing) and stop the leak. We were very impressed with the service we got from JTM plumbing and would certainly strongly consider them for future plumbing work at our house. Excellent, straightforward people to work with.

They did a great job each time they came out to me. They came in and did exactly what they said they would. The price was very reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me which made me happy. They were always very prompt and the owner is also very involved in the work.

Excellent experience! Jon and Traci Miller provided great customer service! We moved in to a home with soft water and couldn't stand the taste as our drinking water, so we hired JTM, based upon the excellent reviews on Angie's List. The service from beginning to end was great. Not only did Jon perform the plumbing service promptly, he and Traci are very customer focused, Jon was clean and neat in his appearance and work, and he reset the water softener to the proper usage level for a family of two (it was set for a family of five). He is thorough and professional! I felt the charge of $590 for installation of the RO system and plumbing an RO line to the ice maker was fair. Thank you Jon and Tracii!

The gentleman who made the repairs wore shoe protectors in the house, had his own paper towels and rags, was very clean and polite, worked very efficiently. He checked our exterior hose bibs to give advice after he was done completing the repairs we hired him for.

The provider was earlier than expected, they said sometime after 2pm but were here at 10am. I am glad, it was a good surprise, I was lucky to be home. The provider was efficient and courteous. The clog was fairly bad so I assisted in turning on and off water supplies while the provider ran a snake though the pipe. The provider made sure the clog was completely cleared, having thought the job was done the provider ran more water to make sure, it turned out not to be totally clear so work continued until the pipe ran clean for several minutes. The only thing that upset me was a request by the provider, I was asked if I would mind doing some of the clean up at the end of the job since their schedule was very full and they had a few miscommunications that set them back a bit. Honestly, I would have probably come in and cleaned more after the provider left but it was upsetting to be asked to help out in that way. The whole appointment only lasted one hour, a little cleaner and 5 more minutes with some paper towels would have completed the job. Overall I still rated them with an A b/c the work I hired was completed and the provider double checked to be sure the clog was completely broken up and the pipe wasn't backing up at all.

Came in; did the work and left. HOWEVER, the last two times I have called (approximately March and June 2014) JTM was unavailable for one to two weeks. Good plumber but if you have an emergency and need help fast, call someone else.

They were fabulous. What I liked about them is their responsiveness. They're very knowledgeable and very cost effective. In fact, I have him in my phone as my regular plumber. I wouldn't call anybody else this time.

They were fast. The cost of the materials that they procured was passed on to me.

They came on time, they did a very nice job and they were very professional.

They are our go to plumbers. We would not use anyone else. John, the owner, is one of the two easiest business people that I had to work with. He is efficient, knowledgeable and affable.

Jon came to the appointment on time and tested our water. He found that the unit appeared to be softening the water properly, but we explained and showed him the deposits on our fixtures etc. He did some detective work and it appears the pellet type salt is the culprit of the problem. It is recommended by the manufacturer, however, it is not working well for our house/ water. He explained that pellets are made with a glue that holds the salt together and as the softener does its job, there can be a residue caused by the glue not breaking down. (Hope I got that explanation correct) He recommended we try the coarse salt so we will be trying that to see if it will make a difference. He encouraged us keep in touch with him and let him know if this works. Jon was highly knowledgable and we really appreciated his time and honesty. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Jon (the owner) worked me into the busy schedule for the 12-2 time frame on January 28th of this year, which was AOK with me. At approximately 12 noon, Jon called and let me know they were running a little late which I did not consider as late. I received a call shortly after 12 from the Technicians advising me that they were just leaving the Job Site they had just completed and would be arriving at my home after a short drive from Bellevue, Nebraska. Approximately 15 minutes later, Greg and Chad arrived and greetings ensued. i went over the details of my requirements with them. They immediately started in the basement, went to the kitchen and then to the bathroom to assess each situation and got additional details as needed. After that, they went to the garage and got the toilet and positioned it in the working area. I went and shut off the main water valve and they had promptly commenced removing the old toilet. Shortly thereafter, the new toilet was in place and up and running. It just looked so good and since it is the newer low flush type, I know this will add to my conservation efforts and should reduce the water bill somewhat. The kitchen faucet was the next problem which turned out to be almost no problem at all since the issue was promptly resolved. The basement toilet was the final item on my agenda which also turned out to be more of a problem than I had imagined. After pulling that unit up, Greg cleaned the area, installed a new toilet bowl wax gasket, shimmed under the base and tightened the screws down. The wobbling issue had been corrected. Next, the main water valve was turned back on, all areas were inspected and adjustments were made as needed.. JTM Plumbing provided outstanding service as has always been the case. I have used this company on several previous occasions and will continue to use them when a plumbing issue arises. The personnel are all very knowledgeable, courteous and timely. They are like a breath of fresh air in the age we all now live in and with the conditions we all encounter daily. Thanks JTM, you guys are truly exceptional. I have recommended this company to friends, neighbors and family in the past. I will wholeheartedly continue to so in the future..

I called and they came out the next day and put in the shut off valves. The technician that came arrived on time, was very helpful and tried to do everything from the viewpoint of what was best for us. I will be calling them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Showed up on time to replace leaky toilet shutoff valves. Replaced supply lines with larger ones which wasn't requested but so glad he did. Toilets now run quieter and fill much faster. Exceeded our expectations again.

AWESOME! I would suggest JTM to any and everyone. My basement is beautiful now. No more scary plumbing. It all works wonderfully too. They were very professional and on time. The owners are fantastic people and Denny (their plumber who did the work)...Super. I have had other businesses say they were coming to do work and not show up or even call! Not these folks. The owner showed up on the first day of work too to ensure they had all of the things needed listed with the agreed upon price.

We had a problem with low pressure in our master bathroom shower. The first plumber JTM sent out could not determine the problem. The next day the owner, Jon, came out with another more experienced plumber. They figured out the problem, fixed it and recommended a much needed water softener. Two days later the water softener was installed. Since they were here I asked them to install an under the sink water filter which they happily agreed to do. Jon and Tracy were both very responsive from my first phone call to the end of the job. They were able to schedule a quick appointment and everybody was right on time. They were so pleasant to work with and very knowledgable. I will definitely use them again if any other plumbing issues arise.

The owners and the person they sent to do the work were very friendly, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. JTM also installed a water softener for us on an earlier visit and it went very smoothly. We needed some extra work done to prepare the existing piping and the owner explained what was needed very clearly. The person who came to do the job cleaned up after he was done and was very friendly and professional.

They charged us for a service call and fixed the problem rather quickly. The plumber and the receptionist were both very friendly and helpful. We will use them again next time we have any plumbing issues.

Installed a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Jon and crew were very responsive, on-time and thorough. We had our kitchen back in operation very quickly. Having used JTM before, all I had to do was call them, state my problem, and my worry was over. Later when I tried putting too much down the disposal, they were out immediately. They did a thorough drain cleaning and again the problem was solved.

Owner came out afterwards to inspect the work which was appreciated. Got an estimate for some future bathroom modeling project. Returns calls very fast and keeps you updated on appointments and any delays.

We have used JTM plumbing for a couple of years now. My wife came home after work and one of our farm hydrants was running wide open but handle was shut. I adjusted the shut off but after a few minutes it would start to run again. Jon sent a helper out to check it out and try to fix it but no luck. We needed a new hydrant and I was prepared to have to wait for the work to be done. But as always Jon quoted a good price, sent out his men the next day and within a few hours Greg and Matt had installed a new hydrant. JTM has installed a pressure tank, water lines and extra hydrants, installed a toilet and now saved the day. We can't say enough great things about JTM. If he quotes a price, he stays with it, quotes a time he shows up and the work is excellent. He has GREAT helpers. So if you need a plumber for anything don't hesitate to call JTM plumbing.

The people at JTM are very fast and professional. The service person was friendly and completed the task without any errors. This is the second time I've used them and and plan on doing so in the future. Hopefully I won't need them too often!
