Description of Work: We had JTM put in a water softner and whole house filter. We were pleased with the service and products.

Description of Work: Multiple projects- replace shut offs: create shut offs; purchase & replace shelved wash tub; new bathroom fixtures. Extremely nice folks and accommodating to my work schedule.

Description of Work: They installed new plumbing lines for a new bathroom in my basement. Every time they arrived, they were on time and very helpful. I emailed with a lot of questions and they were very quick with their responses. The full job had shower lines, sink lines, toilet line and utility sink lines. Everything works great. They even came out when I thought my shower lines were leaking. Even though it turned out to be my faulty grout line at the bottom of the shower, it was because of their help with diagnosing the leak. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I need plumbing services.

Description of Work: replaced section of kitchen drain pipe in 100 year old house. connect ice maker in fridge to water supply. install kitchen faucet. we had a problem due to the age of the plumbing during the repair. they stuck to original estimate and went above and beyond to complete the job in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Jon fixed our powder room toilet. He and his crew also did our plumbing for our bathroom remodel last Summer and did a great job. I won't use anyone else!!

Description of Work: Greg showed up on time and quickly fixed the leaky cold side laundry valve. Greg noticed that my hot water heater was leaking and did a quick pressure test on it. It was determined that the relief valve needed to be changed. After a quick trip to Menard's, Greg returned and replaced the valve. He also cleaned out a slow draining sink and tub. I would highly recommend their services. Greg also gave me a ballpark estimate for a water softener. When I do install it, I will be calling JTM.

Description of Work: I had a washer drain the overflowed into the laundry room. Called JTM and they couldn't make it out that day but said they could come tommrow. I had used them before and was happy with their work and we wheren't going to be using the washer for a couple of days, so I said OK. They came out when they said they would. As it turn out there was no blockage. As the drain runs down the wall on the north east side of the house and it had been very cold we figured that there was an ice build up in the drain pipe that had since melted.

Description of Work: Replaced 1 fill valve under warinty and replaced a second fill valve and replaced a pipe and valve on a water heater

Description of Work: I had a drain pipe in the wall that was leaking from the sink and they had to go into the wall and fix this.

Description of Work: Did replace faucet part that was under warranty for free. We had a leak in a pipe another didn't glue correctly, they were professional and quick!

Description of Work: I had two toilets that wouldn't shut off, one leaky faucet, one tub that leaked onto the garage ceiling underneath and one toilet that had to have a big pipe replaced underneath it. Three plumbers came and fixed everything except the toilet that needed the pipe replaced because the wood was rotten around the stool and the bathroom floor needed to be replaced before they could finish. They recommended a carpenter who came the next day, Saturday, and fixed the floor, and they returned early Monday morning and finished the job. They were very nice and competent, and I certainly would use them again
