They were very reliable. They had good pricing. I had no problems at all with them. I would tell others that they are very reliable and that the cost is right.

I was struggling to work with my old hot water heater. When I asked Jon about replacement, he gave me honest advice: "If it's still working, keep it until you need a new one." (Honesty is refreshing, isn't it?) However, after a particularly bad thunderstorm the pilot light would not stay lit for more than a few minutes at a time. I called Jon again, who came to take a look and replaced a part that he thought might do the trick without even charging me. It didn't work, but that was probably because the unit was installed in 1987 and it was well overdue to kick the bucket. When I realized it was time for a new one after all, Jon came and installed it within 3 days. The price was much lower than I expected it to be and I love the new hot water heater. Again, a very positive experience

I tried to get a quote from what is supposedly the cheapest company in town since they had done some work for me before. Even after 2 reminder calls, they would not give me an estimate in writing. I finally called JTM. Jon came out to look the place over and answered all my questions. I received an estimate via e-mail the very same day. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was actually quite a bit less than the verbal quote I had gotten from the "cheap" company. We scheduled the job. His employee was efficient, pleasant, and cleaned everything up nicely. The water pressure now is at least quadruple what it was before the pipes were replaced! Overall the whole job went more simply and smoothly than I had expected. I would definitely use this company again.

We decided to replace our old (8 yrs) water heater with a Navien 210 unit, which was recommended by our plumber, JTM Plumbing. We couldn't be happier with his professionalism, courteous attitude and excellent service. He spent time with us explaining the unit and answered our questions. We love the Navien unit as is supplies hot water when we need it and I don't ever have to worry about the tank leaking again. It is quiet and saves room since it mounts on the wall. I highly recommend JTM and will call him back if we ever need more plumbing work.

Overall I was very happy. I will use JTM again the future and highly recommend them. They came in under the quote.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish with this company. Tracy, on the phones, was very friendly and helpful and Jon, the owner, was very personable and professional. They were very prompt in getting the work done and everything looked very nice when it was completed. I will definitely use this company again for all of my plumbing needs!

Jon emailed me shortly after I contacted him through Angie's List, he came out the next day and performed an estimate. His price range, without the military family doscount was very competitive and his turn time on the work was very fast. In the following days we agreed upon a sink, time, and price; we ended up changing the style of faucet we wanted, which he happily found a solution and provided a great price. When performing the work, he showed up a bit late (but was very apollogetic) but start to finish was in and out in under an hour. We have used the sink twice and havent found in faults or leaks. He gauranteed the work for life and a one year warranty on all supplies. Great guy!

I contacted JTM Plumbing for an estimate and Jon was out within a couple of days and provided me with a free estimate. While we were discussing the plumbing work I required, I also mentioned that my water pressure was low and without hesitation he took care of the problem by making an adjustment near my water shutoff valve. I was impressed that he was so ready and willing to help me, even before he knew whether he would get my business. I am a DIY guy and was concerned whether I could find someone willing to work with me and allow me to do any grunt work to help keep my costs down. Jon was eager to work with me in this manner and even gave me advice for the work I would need to do (ie; cutting my basement floor to install a new floor drain). When I finished the floor cut and removal work, I contacted JTM and they scheduled me in within a couple of days. Jon showed up at the job with his apprentice, Greg who was performing most of the plumbing work for my particular job. The quality of the work was excellent and you could tell he had a lot of attention to detail. I was also pleased that they were comfortable in allowing me to watch them work and asking questions. When they left, Jon had told me to call him when I had concrete back in the floor and he would personally come out and check the work that was completed and would complete the installation of my shower base and connecting the drain. When he finished, I also asked him to put new fittings on my vanity and toilet fill lines and he happily did this with just a small adjustment to our original agreed price. I really appreciated their flexibility and their willingness to work with me. This company is very customer centric and positive in their interactions and communications. It was truly a pleasure working with JTM Plumbing and without hesitation I will use and recommend this company.

Originally the job included installing a new soft water conditioner, but he when he came over to install the new unit he saw a bypass valve on the unit he didn't see during the first inspection. He closed the bypass valve and found the soft water conditioner still worked fine. This was something two other guys had failed to notice or cared to notice. What can I say an honest plumber. I certainly wouldn't have known if he had just changed out the unit. I will be using Jon for all my future plumbing needs Very good experience.

Went well from the start. No problems working with him and setting expectations.

No major problems, except he mistakenly got the connections reversed so that the heater to be used was bypassed. When this problem was brought to his attention he immediately corrected it and was embarrassed by his silly mistake. My wife asked that he adjust the thermostat to deliver hotter water. I think he turned it up too high and I will turned it down a notch myself. Overall we were pleased.

We called JTM and Jon Miller came out and fixed our outside faucet that was leaking into the basement. He was very courteous and professional. It only took him about 30 minutes and it was fixed. We haven't had any problems with it since.

Something happened to where we couldn t get anything but hot water to come out of any sink or bathtub. After we called them, they showed up about a half of an hour later a guy came from John Millers. It could have been him, but I never asked. He fixed the problem while, we ate dinner and we haven't had a problem since.
